At 3:09 pm, call to ask if the tickets are used on the 14th or the 15th. As a result, after the phone was connected, there was no welcome greeting. I asked if it was the Mengtu Hotel? Then a woman who answered the phone gave a grumpy meal, saying how to go to the hotel, and the tone was extremely impatient. Then I interrupted her and said that I had other questions to consult, and she began to inquire about my order. Are you as a front desk staff at this attitude? I yelled at customers and told me the other things in an impatient tone without asking the needs of customers at all. In short, my first impression before I arrived at the hotel was very bad. I hope to strengthen the training of staff service awareness and attitude. However, after check-in, including the front desk staff encountered on the day of check-out, the service attitude was not bad, otherwise it really affected the mood of going out to play.
