GGuest UserThe best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

When I first arrived at the hotel, my initial impression wasn't great, but the lovely ladies on staff immediately turned things around. They were all very polite and helped me check in quickly, even though I arrived earlier than expected. However, when I saw the room, I was horrified. Everything was run-down and dirty, nothing like the pictures. I went to complain that I didn't like the room, and they resolved the issue in 5 minutes – all good.
My first night was a nightmare. The window didn't open, and the view was of a neighboring building just 50 cm away. The air conditioner wasn't what we're used to; the unit in the room was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to sleep. I couldn't fall asleep with it on, so I turned it off. I woke up after 5 hours, drenched in sweat from the heat and stuffiness. I immediately went to reception to try and fix the problem, but they couldn't help unless I paid extra for the most expensive room or lived with it, as all the other rooms were booked.
It was 7 days of suffering, but oh well, the nature here is beautiful, and you don't have to spend much time in the hotel. The room cleaning was regular, and the hotel's location is excellent, with everything easily accessible.

YYaLenkaWe decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel.
We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

NNeil ChristianOur stay at this hotel in Boracay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay.
The staff and manager were outstanding very friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were more than happy to assist with all of our requests, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied at all times. Their excellent service really made our vacation extra special.
The room and facilities were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere after a long day at the beach. You can really feel the attention to detail and care put into keeping the place spotless and inviting.
As a small and friendly suggestion, it would be wonderful to have a full-body mirror in each room. It would be a nice addition for guests to do a quick outfit or fit check before heading out to enjoy Boracay 😊
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay unforgettable!

TTristarr1315This is actually my second booking from Trip.com. I am super thankful from this app and to La carmela De Boracay Hotel. Because of this, atleast I Escaped reality for a while. I really realy love that every time I saw staff, they always greet me and I don’t feel alone in this solo travel of mine. I’m heading back now to reality of life but on the back of my mind. I am planning when to comeback whahhaha. Such a beautiful paradise Boracay. A wonderful place to stay La Carmela De Boracay and best app I ever have Trip.com!!!!! Thank you all LABLAB😇

AAthi MalothanaI had a lovely stay at this hotel. The area it’s in is just paradise. The staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. The only problem I had was the condition of the bedding and the towels. However they atleast gave me new towels upon request. So I would go back, because they were very kind and helpful
