GGuest UserThe location is great, close to the beach at station no. 3, and close to shops and restaurants. You can also buy basic supplies from the host at reasonable prices. The rooms and the property are clean, and it's pleasant and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is included in the price and is available from 7-10 a.m., freshly prepared. The omelets were excellent. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. The host is very helpful and helps with everything. We wholeheartedly recommend this property. Best regards, Kinga and Daria ;))

The hotel’s in a great spot — right between Station 1 and 2, and just a minute walk to the beach. Super convenient.
Service was amazing, especially Mitch! She helped us with early check-in, and even let us leave our bags before check-in and after checkout so we could enjoy the beach without worrying. Really appreciated her hospitality.
It’s my second time staying here and we’ll probably be back again. The place is clean, quiet, and the staff are great. Only downside is there’s no elevator, so be ready for stairs. But honestly, it’s worth it.

CChen PangilinanSobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord.
May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra.
Nag bbrown out din kaya wag mangamba, ganun tlga pag isla 😊

MMark Francis MacasinagWe had a very nice stay at Cerca Hotel.The staff were nice and accommodating, and that they allowed you to stay continuously despite having multiple bookings. However, it seems that there were some concerns regarding the lack of amenities, such as tables and chairs in the family room, doormats in the shared bathroom and comfort room, and low water current. It might be helpful if the hotel could consider adding these amenities for a more comfortable stay. Additionally, having signage to make it easier to locate the hotel would be beneficial. It's wonderful that the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for guests.

GGuest UserВо первых, отличное местоположение, пенная доступность от всего (white beach, d mall, набережная), при этом достаточно тихая местность, НО прям под окнами церковь, в которой очень часто проходят концерты, до поздней ночи…
В номерах чисто, НО за 5 ночей у нас убирались один раз, и то это мы попросили
Завтра на любителя, порционно, местная кухня (рис, яйцо и гарнир на выбор)
Очень любезные работники, всегда были готовы помочь !
В целом рекомендую!

FFred ConcklinWe wished we could have spent our entire Boracay stay here. Really nice, professional and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious. Bed is comfortable. Aircon is good. Ample hot water in the bathroom. Water pressure was enough. There’s a big private balcony sort of area for each and every room. Building is a bit old but impeccably clean and has good vibes.
Location is not beachfront but quick walk to the white beach. Not hard to find they have arrows placed in for directions. Need to climb stairs to reach some of the rooms but it’s not difficult and the stairs are wide and outside in the garden.
There’s no electric kettle provided in the room but the coffee is free or hot water is given in a flask. Price performance ratio is great. We totally recommend turtle inn and would definitely be back

GGuest UserHygiene Score: Average. Some parts of the room showed signs of age and wear.
Location Score: It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center (lively area). The closest 7-Eleven is only a 2-3 minute walk away.
Service Score: The staff were all very friendly and met all requests.
Facilities Score: The swimming pool was cleaned daily, and the cafe area had a great atmosphere. I didn't use the gym or other facilities.
Other Notes: Each room provided an umbrella. The umbrella in my room clearly showed signs of heavy use (the frame was noticeably rusted) and had been repaired with tape. When I opened it on the second day, two of the ribs broke. After reporting it to the hotel, they requested 250P for compensation. Although it was stated upon check-in that damages would be charged, which I understand, the umbrella was clearly very old and well-used.

RRCMARFAThe location is perfect because it is at the center of station 2. It is very near to most bars, restaurants, shops and the dmall. The aircon is really cold excellent. The shower is perfectly working like they have heater and spacious bathroom. The only thing we have noticed is it is not a very new hotel like the others. The floors and tires are old and hairs are somehow everywhere. The bidet in our room is not working and the room to the balcony is hard to open. The pool is now converted into a bar. But overall it was a very nice stay. The staff are nice, the price is reasonable actually it is perfect for the budget and thè breakfast inclusion is a treat.
