Overall, I had a very good stay. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and the amenities provided were complete, which made my stay enjoyable. However, I experienced some issues with the communication and information provided before check-in. Firstly, the booking on the Trip app stated that free parking was available. However, upon arrival, I was informed that parking was not free and that I had to pay. This information should be updated to avoid confusion for future guests. Secondly, I was informed that I would receive the check-in guidelines one day before arrival, but I did not receive them until I contacted the management myself via message and phone call. There was also inconsistent information regarding the security deposit. One day before check-in, I was informed via chat that the deposit was RM100. However, the PDF document sent during check-in stated that the deposit was RM200. I paid RM100 based on our earlier conversation, but I was confused by the difference. I would recommend updating all information on the Trip app and in your check-in documents to ensure consistency. This should include parking fees, security deposit amounts, house rules, additional charges, and any check-in or video guidelines. Providing accurate and consistent information will help create a smoother experience for future guests.

Room with sea view was absolutely perfect. The panoramic ocean view from our room were breathtaking, green, fresh. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. Very calm pool to swim. Private beach access was ideal for relaxing vacation.

The overall is 4.5 stars Cleanness: Super clean bed and bathroom, just the sofa have some dust, and you can just wipe off. 4 stars for cleanness. Location: Quite strategic location, nearly have 555 convenient store, multiple food shop available, and the famous Lepau restaurant just beside the hotel only. The environment also quite, and just 5 minutes drive to the centre of Kuching. 5stars! Room: Room size is big enough, just the sound proof. Would suggest can add the rubber on the on the door frame so that when door close, it will be least noisy create. As I clear clearer heard the door close sound from the beside room. 4 stars for room Overall: Love it and will be my first choice whenever I need to travel to Kuching.

The experience is generally pleasant. The room is clean, cosy, quiet with basic amenities are available and service is prompt. I was a-bit disappointed for the breakfast as many items are either running low or unavailable around 8am.

Room 235. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was large. The room is close to the ironing room and water dispenser 👍🏼

Need some maintenance to the shower area, bedside table, door lock, etc. The aircon in the reception lobby is dripping as well. Overall, the windows in the room is thick enough to filter out the traffic sound. The dining area has good view. However the windows need cleaning from outside. Breakfast is basic but acceptable.

For me, the location of this hotel is strategic as i like it near to the airport and beside one city mall. It's also near to Gala City. The front staff always ready to helped. My friend and I had stay here for 3 night. The room which we stay on our first night are comfortable, clean and tidy. But, the problem is when the glasses of the bathroom suddenly broke down by itself which result to my friend got slightly injured as she on her way to defecate. The hotel did pay for the compensation towards my friends after she went to the clinic. Hence, we need to change our room after the incidents. The second room are not so comfortable as on the second night i cannot sleep due to my skin got itchy, which, I believe it cause from the bedsheet. Then on the next day, i asked the housekeeping to change the bedsheet. The problem is solved. Overall, I'll give 7.5/10 to this hotel.

Great experience overall. The service was excellent – staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for families. Everything was convenient and easy to access.

The location is one of the major highlights — right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the Kuching Waterfront, local eateries, and popular attractions like Carpenter Street and the Main Bazaar. This made exploring the city on foot very easy and convenient. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a balcony offering scenic views of the Sarawak River. It is ideal for families, couples, or longer stays. Cleanliness was good, and the basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and air-conditioning were provided. However, the air-conditioning in Room 2 was leaking, so we did not use it throughout our stay. As a result, the room felt slightly warm during sleep. One of the highlights of the unit is the balcony view, especially in the evening, which creates a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the river and city lights. Facilities such as the swimming pool and parking were also appreciated. Overall, Riverbank Suites Unit 408 is a well-located and comfortable accommodation with great views. With minor maintenance improvements, it would be an even better place to stay in Kuching.
