Kuching Hotels with Balcony

⭐ Review: Riverbank Suites Unit 408, Kuching, Sarawak I recently stayed at Riverbank Suites Unit 408 in Kuching, Sarawak, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The location is one of the major highlights — right in the heart of the city and just steps away from the Kuching Waterfront, local eateries, and popular attractions like Carpenter Street and the Main Bazaar. This made exploring the city on foot very easy and convenient. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a balcony offering scenic views of the Sarawak River. It is ideal for families, couples, or longer stays. Cleanliness was good, and the basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and air-conditioning were provided. However, the air-conditioning in Room 2 was leaking, so we did not use it throughout our stay. As a result, the room felt slightly warm during sleep. One of the highlights of the unit is the balcony view, especially in the evening, which creates a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the river and city lights. Facilities such as the swimming pool and parking were also appreciated. Overall, Riverbank Suites Unit 408 is a well-located and comfortable accommodation with great views. With minor maintenance improvements, it would be an even better place to stay in Kuching.

Every time I visit, I stay here. I just love how clean and comfortable it is, and the rooms are spacious. The front desk staff is also very friendly. Plus, there's a shopping mall right downstairs! Highly recommend.

I booked two rooms, one mangrove view and one garden view. The front desk upgraded both to mangrove view for free, and the service was excellent with smiles all around. The breakfast food was more suited for a foreign palate! Overall, it was really great, the environment was lovely and very relaxing. 👍

fantastic room, easy checkin procedure, friendly hotel workers and hosekeeping unit cooperate well when needed.. overall, it worth my money.. will repeat my staycation here again..

Staying in a treehouse in the forest with a sunset view – the ambiance definitely gets 5 stars. When we were leaving, we found a flat tire, but the hotel staff had all the necessary tools and helped us fix it, ensuring a smooth and safe journey home. Service also gets 5 stars. However, if you ask me if I'd come back, the answer is a definite no. Upon check-in, the front desk messed up our room – they assigned our pre-prepared room to someone else, forcing two families to switch rooms. Luggage delivery was available, but it took about half an hour for our bags to arrive. During breakfast, we had a lot of luggage and tried to use an empty chair next to us, but a server asked us to put it back. In reality, there were plenty of empty seats even when we left. The absolute worst part was the termites; the pillow area had a lot of termite droppings overnight, making for a very unsettling night's sleep.

It was a beautiful experience. Our stay in Pullman Kuching is fun. The room is so comfortable and clean. We were surprised because my requests were granted and we were able to celebrate a late birthday celebration for my cousin. Also, the city view from our room is so beautiful and we can see the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.

Metrocity Condominium offers a very strategic location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and eateries, making it extremely convenient for daily living. The unit itself is spacious and comfortable, featuring 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. It also comes fully furnished with home furniture and complete utensils, which makes it ideal for both short and long stays. However, it would be more convenient if at least two sets of access cards were provided to tenants, especially for families or groups. Additionally, the check-out policy is quite strict, with no flexibility given for late check-out. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-located place to stay, with just a few areas that could be improved for a better guest experience.

**Title:** A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service and Comfort From the moment I arrived at Jinhold Apartment I knew I was in for a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was immaculate, with tasteful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep every night. The amenities truly set this hotel apart. The rooftop pool provided stunning views, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding—especially the breakfast buffet, which offered fresh and delicious options. Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect. Overall, Jinhold Apartment made my trip unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and hassle-free stay. I can’t wait to return! **Rating:** 5/5

It an apartment which is quite old and deserted. But location is good. Walking distance to most places. The unit is wonderful as well.

The location is still ok because there is a mall so if you want to eat or buy things you are still happy, but if you want to go to the waterfront, it takes 25 minutes, in front of the apartment there is also an everise, but yesterday we ordered the 2 bedroom one, 13th floor, the funny thing is that the wifi we use is the hotel wifi so it's a bit slow, there's no soap in the room, he said Sinad, it's just not available, finally he was told to deliver it, there wasn't even an iron, when I checked out I asked, he said he wanted to chat then it would be delivered hadeh🤧, even though when he arrived there was no response to the chat, it was annoying Plus, if you want to use the washing machine, you have to rent it for 35 RM a night👎, that should be the facility we get when we rent an apartment, I live in another apartment, even though the washing machine isn't in the room, it's kept downstairs, if we use it, it's free. Why do you have to pay for this? , 200 rm deposit, 37 rm in cash, they said it was clean, the apartment wasn't the same, don't know, other floors, other owners, the same or not
