Kuching Hotels with Gym

Hilton’s location is right smack but they lack cleanliness as shown in the photos, the dust on the top of the bed frame and wardrobe that doesn’t close properly. The breakfast areas in the mornings are also packed with people with not enough spaces to seat. Having been to hotels where they are sufficiently staffed, they could have split tables enabling single guests to seat but the hotel was just unable to cope with the breakfast crowd.

The hotel is modern and comfortable. Enjoyed the room. The location of the hotel at waterfront is very good with restaurants and attractions nearby. The pool is small but the view is nice. Front desk staff service attitude can be improved. Not welcoming, lethargic and not helpful. The worst is the carpark, for those staying in hotel with car. The hotel is sharing the carpark with a shopping mall. No dedicated carpark lots for guests. And the carpark is busy and can get jammed pretty easily. Once spent 25min to wait and look for a carpark. Big negative for those driving.

Refurbish and now VOCO. Filter water installed. Bed too soft not suitable for tall guest. Aircond blower too loud! Asked for bath towel 4 times before they could deliver. Hotel crew not very attentive rather just toooo slow. House keeper throw my skin care & body lotion (sachets) that kept inside the washroom. Burnt roti canai served in breakfast. Despite multiple times of complaint, no solution were given. Prepay online and no approval granted for early check out. I've to bare it 2 nights. Hardly any sleep. I ended up getting myself ear plug. Not a pleasant stay. Location, cleanliness and generally ok. Ways to improve

Stayed here for 5 days. Everything was great until the last day, when I discovered my room was literally flooded after taking a shower. The water appeared to be leaking from underneath the bathtub ??? and had spread from the bathroom all the way to the bed 😵💫 My shoes were literally floating, and my shopping bags, stuff ect infront of the door were soaked wet. The front desk responded quickly by sending the plumber/maintenance team, rwhich I appreciated. However, with my room full of stranger, I had no choice but to check out early wearing my soaking wet socks and shoes. It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay

My stay was disappointing. The room was very hot when I arrived and remained uncomfortable, definitely not ideal in warm weather. The surroundings and ventilation need improvement. The toilet was dirty, and the sliding door did not close properly it hung awkwardly over the rim. I have to do it myself to make it inside the rim so it can slide better. Breakfast was okay only and not attractive. They mentioned a tablet would be provided, but it wasn’t. Also, no one answered the contact number for inquiries. I expected much better for the price. Overall, this place is only for Instagrammable.

It was a beautiful experience. Our stay in Pullman Kuching is fun. The room is so comfortable and clean. We were surprised because my requests were granted and we were able to celebrate a late birthday celebration for my cousin. Also, the city view from our room is so beautiful and we can see the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers a very comfortable environment. The rooms are neat and clean, with excellent natural light and soundproofing. The public areas are warmly designed, and the greenery and atmosphere create a relaxing and pleasant vibe. It's an ideal place to stay for business trips or leisure travel. I was very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend it!

So far stay di sini memuaskan. Just hari check in, ada staff receptionis rambut color keperangan kuning, agak tidak mesra menjawab soalan dan nampak mimik muka pun seolah annoying dengan klien. Agak sarkastik. Overal lain2 staff semua ok dan memuaskan. Front service tak melambangkan institusi pengajian yang ada course Hospitality and tourismm. Btw utk service di restaurant / breakfast pagi tiptop, staff pun friendly. Keep it up. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Terrible service. The app stated check-in was at 3 PM, but when I arrived, they told me it was 3:30 PM. I waited and queued for hours, being shuffled around, until 5 PM when they even claimed my reservation wasn't in their system. After a rather long debate, they rechecked and found it – it was their oversight. I finally got into my room at 5:30 PM. Truly disappointed.

The location is still ok because there is a mall so if you want to eat or buy things you are still happy, but if you want to go to the waterfront, it takes 25 minutes, in front of the apartment there is also an everise, but yesterday we ordered the 2 bedroom one, 13th floor, the funny thing is that the wifi we use is the hotel wifi so it's a bit slow, there's no soap in the room, he said Sinad, it's just not available, finally he was told to deliver it, there wasn't even an iron, when I checked out I asked, he said he wanted to chat then it would be delivered hadeh🤧, even though when he arrived there was no response to the chat, it was annoying Plus, if you want to use the washing machine, you have to rent it for 35 RM a night👎, that should be the facility we get when we rent an apartment, I live in another apartment, even though the washing machine isn't in the room, it's kept downstairs, if we use it, it's free. Why do you have to pay for this? , 200 rm deposit, 37 rm in cash, they said it was clean, the apartment wasn't the same, don't know, other floors, other owners, the same or not
