GGuest UserThe location is the best and the shopping mall is just downstairs which make it so convenient. The service given by the host was good and responsed back quickly when I asked him to fix the leaking water tap in the master bathroom. What’s lacking is the cleanliness of the bedsheet, pillow case and sofa. We found hair of previous tenant on the pillow and it seemed like the bedsheets for all the rooms were not changed. Besides, the sofa was really dirty with the old stains on them and it was also not comfortable to sit on especially for elderly as it is already sank. Replacement of sofa is very much needed

GGuest UserThis is a classic older hotel. The biggest highlight is definitely the great views and relaxing atmosphere, especially the balcony area which is very comfortable and offers excellent scenery.
We stayed in a triple room. The room itself felt quite old, and the facilities clearly showed their age. As for cleanliness, it was a case of 'looks okay on the surface, but the details are lacking.' For instance, there were some less-than-clean marks on the sheets, and while the towels had clearly been washed, their dark color wasn't ideal. The bathroom's cleanliness was also just average; not overtly dirty, but not meticulously clean either.
Overall, the hotel's strong points are its views and location. However, there's room for improvement regarding the room's hardware and the detailed cleanliness. It's best suited for guests who prioritize scenic views and are less sensitive about the age of the accommodations.

AAnonymous UserNo receptionist after working hours 8-5. But can Whatsapp the number provided into the room for assistance. The gate will be closed in the evening but there is a gate remote control provided with the room keys and staircase main door access card. Facilities quite complete including washing machine, dryer machine, mini kitchen (all sharing). Got swimming pool on the top floor and a mini gym too. Walk to the front got some eateries but at night it's close.

DDenisov_VAA ruin of its former glory. This hotel was clearly state-of-the-art back in the day. There's a light control panel by the bed, a bar on the terrace, and so on. But now everything is run-down, shabby, and waiting to be replaced. The location is excellent though – directly opposite the Museum of Culture, and close to the market and the embankment.

NNeha TanThe location is still ok because there is a mall so if you want to eat or buy things you are still happy, but if you want to go to the waterfront, it takes 25 minutes, in front of the apartment there is also an everise, but yesterday we ordered the 2 bedroom one, 13th floor, the funny thing is that the wifi we use is the hotel wifi so it's a bit slow, there's no soap in the room, he said Sinad, it's just not available, finally he was told to deliver it, there wasn't even an iron, when I checked out I asked, he said he wanted to chat then it would be delivered hadeh🤧, even though when he arrived there was no response to the chat, it was annoying Plus, if you want to use the washing machine, you have to rent it for 35 RM a night👎, that should be the facility we get when we rent an apartment, I live in another apartment, even though the washing machine isn't in the room, it's kept downstairs, if we use it, it's free. Why do you have to pay for this? , 200 rm deposit, 37 rm in cash, they said it was clean, the apartment wasn't the same, don't know, other floors, other owners, the same or not

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied! The environment is great, and there's a self-service laundry downstairs from the accommodation. Plus, there's an Indian restaurant right across the street. There are also plenty of other restaurants nearby to choose from.
