Had a great stay at Hilton Kuching! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of the nearby food court, which made it easy to find food and explore the area. The breakfast spread was also really good, with so many choices to choose from. Everything we tried was delicious and satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again when visiting Kuching. 😊

The breakfast buffet at the ground-floor Nomadic restaurant receives strong marks for its wide variety of local and international dishes, including standout options like Sarawak laksa, though some guests feel the spread leans more toward quantity than consistent quality. One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its staff, who are widely described as friendly, helpful, and efficient, making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. This resort offers the unique pleasure of combining a seaside vacation with a forest retreat, thanks to its special room design. It's small but has everything you need. The staff at the resort are also very friendly and provide excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at voco, an IHG Hotel. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. Overall, it was a lovely experience from check-in to check-out. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and good hospitality. We would definitely be happy to stay here again! ❤️

From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was smooth, pleasant, and highly satisfying. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kuching.Room Quality & Cleanliness, The room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team clearly does a fantastic job ensuring everything is spotless before guests arrive. The bedding was fresh, the towels were pristine, and the overall room environment felt very hygienic and comfortable to rest in after a long day of exploring.Staff & Front Desk Service, A huge highlight of our stay was the staff. The front desk team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They greeted us with warm smiles and handled our check-in swiftly. Throughout our stay, they were always ready to assist with directions and local recommendations, making us feel right at home.Dining & Room Service. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious. There was a good variety of options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. Additionally, we ordered room service during our stay. The food arrived hot, the delivery was prompt, and the service was executed with a great, polite attitude.Minor Issue Swiftly Resolved. The only minor hiccup we encountered was a slight drain smell in the bathroom upon arrival. However, as soon as we notified the staff, they took immediate action. The maintenance team settled the issue completely and efficiently, showing just how attentive and responsive the hotel management is to guest comfort.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at 56 Hotel. On our first night, at around 7 PM, we returned to our room and could clearly hear the children in the room next door making a lot of noise, while the parents were also speaking very loudly. I understand that children making noise is sometimes unavoidable, so initially, we did not want to blame the other guests. Instead, we assumed that the main issue was probably the hotel's poor soundproofing. We wanted to contact the front desk, but although there was a telephone in the room, we were not sure which number to dial. As far as we could tell, the phone seemed to be mainly for room service/food orders. So, rather than guessing, we actually went all the way back to the lobby to make a complaint in person. The first staff member who spoke to us seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and eventually said that they would need to get the manager. The manager did come over and listened to our concerns. He also said that he would ask the guests next door to lower their volume, which I appreciated. However, what really frustrated and disappointed me was that throughout the conversation, the manager never acknowledged or even mentioned the hotel's poor soundproofing. I am not expecting a hotel to completely prevent children from making noise, nor am I asking other guests to remain completely silent. What I would expect, however, is for the hotel management to recognize when the problem is partly caused by the hotel's own facilities. The fact that we could hear the conversations and noise from the room next door so clearly suggests that the soundproofing between rooms is inadequate. Simply asking the neighbouring guests to lower their volume may solve the problem temporarily, but it does not address the underlying issue. The next guest could easily experience the same problem. For me, the biggest disappointment was not the noise itself, but the way the complaint was handled. I would have appreciated more acknowledgement and transparency from the management regarding the hotel's soundproofing. I hope the hotel will take this feedback seriously and consider improving the soundproofing, rather than treating each complaint as an isolated issue.

It was a beautiful experience. Our stay in Pullman Kuching is fun. The room is so comfortable and clean. We were surprised because my requests were granted and we were able to celebrate a late birthday celebration for my cousin. Also, the city view from our room is so beautiful and we can see the sunrise. We highly recommend this hotel.

You can use this version: We had a pleasant stay at Roxy Hotel 3rd Mile Apartment. The 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our group of 6 people. The location is very convenient, especially being close to Timberland Medical Centre, making it easy for us to go for our hospital check-ups. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely choose this apartment again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Dormani. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I really liked the layout and the cozy atmosphere, which made it perfect for resting after a long day. The bed was comfortable, and all the in-room amenities were complete and convenient. The hotel facilities were also well-equipped and properly maintained. Everything was easily accessible, and the overall environment was welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Kuching. Highly recommended!

Great location and views! The room was a bit dated though. The air conditioner's outdoor unit was right on the balcony, which was handy for drying clothes, but it made a bit of noise at night. There were no complimentary toothbrushes, but you could get two for free at the front desk. The phone was broken, and the towels were a brownish-red color, so it was hard to tell if they were clean or dirty.
