HHelenyuxiupingThe hotel's location is excellent. Right across the street is the riverside park, making it very convenient to walk to Rainbow Bridge. The Parliament House on the opposite side is just a ten-minute walk away. In the evening, strolling along the Sarawak River on the opposite bank is also lovely. Just a heads-up: if you're returning to this side, make sure you get back before the Parliament House gate closes at 7 PM. We didn't notice the sign and ended up having to take a small ferry back. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. Except for the Sarawak Cultural Village and the Cat Museum, which require a taxi, all other attractions are within walking distance. Many museums are also worth visiting. There's a great Indian restaurant nearby that gets busy at lunchtime. The hotel's service and facilities are top-notch, especially the swimming pool, which has a fantastic ambiance. They even provide a complimentary fruit platter. Kuching is a city with a rich cultural heritage and is definitely worth a visit.

Hygiene: The room was impeccably clean and elegant, perfect for business travelers. It was a great place to rest and recover, ensuring I was refreshed for meetings the next day. I requested a quiet room, and they assigned me to room 2131 on the 21st floor, which was exactly the peaceful environment I needed – I'm very satisfied. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk out and enjoy local specialty meals.
Service: The staff were all welcoming and friendly, meticulous and thorough in their work, making me feel right at home. They were quick to respond to guest requests and understood customer needs, providing high-quality service. The latte art was very artistic and truly top-notch.

SSeowTheatre hotel Kuching is about 15 mins drive from Kuching Airport.Check in is fast and the staff is polite and helpful.Kuching waterfront is about 15 minutes walk from hotel.Surrounding a lot of food stall and cafe.room is small but clean and have TV.
breakfast is limited but foods are delicious.Easy parking too.

SsuekNot aware that pullman was having some renovation and we need to take staircase to level 2 and get the lift to our room.
Also next day after cleaner done the room service noticed she pressed the toilet bowl flush button too hard and never bounced back caused water kept flushing nonstop. Lucky I have returned to hotel room as, forgot to take something and tried to pull that flush button up. I I felt still have room for improvement for quality or cleaner.
Overall the counter staffs and others are very friendly and helpful too.
Good location of this hotel and look forward again to stay hopefully the renovation done.

GGuest UserTo best describe this place, it's like a mini paradise atop a cliff overlooking the beautiful sea, with a twist of staying in large cylindrical concert culverts.
You can easily spot it along the road to Damai with its large circular logo at its gate. It was closed upon my arrival at 3pm, but due to the main entrance being easily seen from the receptionist area, it didn't take long for them to open the gate, and I just drove right in.
The receptionist was very polite and welcoming, decently professional as well, after checking us in we were given a quick tour around, highlighting the facilities and public areas.
The room itself, being quite quirky in its own way, isn't too difficult to maneuver around, as long as you don't rush yourself and knock yourself around the relatively tiny room. Adequate steps are built to help climbing up and moving around, with simple storage spots around the bed, which by itself takes up about half of the room. The other side of the room is the bathing area, which I would say is surprisingly spacious enough to use. So a bed and a bathing area sums up the entire, unique cylindrical room.
The hotel itself is nicely planned, guests can pamper themselves by picking their favorite spots located around the place, and enjoy a marvelous view of the sea. There's also a small private beach all the way down the cliff too. Facilities include swimming pools, sauna room, washer + dryer machines, gymnasium, library, etc. are pretty neat if you need them.
I would say the place is great for couples, and a short refresher trip. I technically live in the city just half an hour drive away, but to catch a break from work and relax here for a day, I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat. Just make sure you've got the legs to climb up and down the place!

ZZulu TravellerEasy location halfway between Kuching airport and city centre. Very friendly guy at the reception speaks English with a US accent.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. No complaints.
Breakfast the choice was very limited. But what they had was pretty tasty. No coffee machine, sadly.
Overal very adequate for the price they charge.

GGuest UserThere was an issue with the air conditioner. Other than that, everything was good, but some rooms didn’t have a hair dryer or a fridge. However, I was impressed because the maintenance team asked if I wanted to change rooms and directly contacted the receptionist, who immediately allowed us to do so.

TTetyana B.Overall it was a nice stay. The hotel is in a perfect location and it’s very cosy and peaceful. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. I was accommodated in a nice room with a pool and sea view. Faiz Haslan has also shared some information about the places to visit around, which was very helpful. Breakfasts were very nice, and there was a good food variety. Chinese New Year Eve’s dinner was excellent, great food variety and delicious. It would be good to have wifi available in the room and not only in the public areas.

AAnonymous UserThe best part is the rooms is big enough for family of 4, include 2 kids like to run around, but if not mistaken, i write from somewhere kids enter free for buffet breakfast, but the restaurant staff collect rm18 x 2 for the kids, then my relative also paid cause he doesnt want ruin their holiday at kuching.

GGuest UserI booked a king size room, the room has space and it's comfy. But,
1. There is no place to sit except a bed in the room.
2. I didn't receive instructions to check in and have to make multiple calls.
3. The shower is great, however if the room next to you is showering, you can hear the water pump and it's loud. There are multiple people who shower around 1 am and it's terrible. If the sound can be controlled then it's great.
Overall good to stay.
