JJoeyTee95The hotel staff are all super nice, friendly, and very responsible. Whatever I needed, they always helped me out! 👍
The location is excellent (walking distance to the museum and Gaya Street) 👍.
The only thing is the hotel is currently undergoing an expansion, so the construction site can be quite noisy. However, it's only during the day, and you don't hear it once you're out and about 🙉.
Overall, I really like this hotel and highly recommend it!
TttvoonInitial room the water tap got strange sound, but still can change the room so I won't be interrupt by this annoying sound. The maintenance need to follow up closely before open to the guests
GGuest UserSpartan type of stay in a quite central location in Padungan near all the good eateries. Noone was around in the evening but there was a handphone number to call for quick response. Room unconventional and hostel like with plywood walls but air con was cold and attached bathroom clean with hot water. Muffled sounds can be heard from the neighbouring pub till late but it was not too loud to disturb my sleep. Not a stay for anybody accustomed to luxury but clean enough, safe enough and functional enough for the price. No TV or refrigerator.

OOksana TsA charming hotel with a good location.
It's moderately worn out: cracked plaster, cabinet handles falling off...
The bedside lamps are a design masterpiece: they hang over the bed in such a way that if you turn them on, the light shines directly into your eyes. And if you're tall, watch your head.
The hotel states in its rules that it doesn't accept small children – despite this, there's a bunch of joyfully screaming babies in the pool under the windows of the annex rooms.
The public areas are excellent. They're interestingly designed and pleasant to be in. The girls at the front desk are sweet and friendly.
Overall, it's not bad, but in this price range, there are more worthy hotels in the city.
AAnonymous UserIts just ok to stay at this hotel,as the place is covinient to move around not far from City centre..spacy room with window view..even though there is no towel given on the first day stay as they have no stock for it,but still ok for me..hopefully in future they will spare it for confirm booked customer..overall stayed were ok..
SSophia Law MKStay in room 205. Room is clean, equipped with air cond & ceiling fan. However, during the booking, it stated that it should be standard double with window, and what i got is a windowless room. Staff are friendly, check in is smooth, location is great, the hotel overall just need some touch up and maintenance works.
GGuest UserLocation is good However I was being assigned to a top floor room even though there are many available rooms downstairs. Wifi was very weak in the room have to go out to the walkway to get connected
Room has no TV Guess for that price can't expect much. Location is very close to Chinatown with many eateries

AAnonymous UserThe staff appear to be quite rude. When i try to sit at the lobby while waiting for my laundry he told me that he need to mop the floor. When i go to the other side he told me off to go back to my room. The next day staff also quite rude, i wait almost half an hour to get my deposit back, ringing the bell but she doesn't come out & when she come out she doesn't even say sorry or smile

GGuest UserMy flight got delayed and arrived late, arrived at 11pm. trip.com said 24hour check-in actually not. So I am unable to check in,I have tried to call the hotel several times and no one pick up and I have to booked another hotel and no refund are given.
AAnonymous UserCons - pay 1++ but no tv, no remote aircond, no free drinking(coffee or cup), no handle for door room, floor a little bit dirty, no hanging palce for clothes in the room, hotel is beside club which a bit annoy when night, the lightning in room is yellow not led, no workers at reception when above 10p.m, to enter hotel and lift has to use access card which is quiet annoy sometimes.
Pros - space in room is average, toilet space is big.
