Our room on the fourth floor had a great view and was very spacious. I absolutely loved the window – you could lie in bed and see the scenery outside. The small loft area, besides having a bed, also had space for a mat on the other side, which could sleep one person, making it really convenient for a family of four with older children. The service was excellent; a young man helped with our luggage, and when we accidentally left something behind, they even brought it to us at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

I found my ideal B&B in Wanfenglin! My husband and I stayed here over Chinese New Year and couldn't stop thinking about it, saying we'd come back if we had the chance! Didn't expect to be back for a second time so soon, haha. Last time, the rapeseed flowers were everywhere; this time, even though there aren't any, it still has a unique charm. First, facilities: The room's floor-to-ceiling windows face Wanfenglin directly. The moment you open the curtains in the morning, the mountains are right there – so therapeutic. The bedding is also very comfortable. Last time I asked the owner for a link, but they told me it's all custom-made! The bathroom is equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, Bulgari toiletries, disposable bath towels, hair drying caps, bath balls, pajamas, underwear, and even the toothbrushes are soft-bristled – excellent attention to detail. On the table, there were seasonal fruits and a bottle of red wine, all complimentary. Soaking in the tub with a drink at night was simply divine. Next, cleanliness: The entire B&B is spotless, from the lobby to the rooms, every corner is clean and tidy. The carpets are thoroughly vacuumed, there are no water stains or hair in the bathroom, and the bed sheets and duvet covers have no peculiar smell. It feels very reassuring to stay here. Finally, service: The butler is very attentive. They messaged me beforehand to ask what time I'd arrive and if I wanted the air conditioning turned on in advance. When we got to the parking lot, the butler came to help with our luggage and escorted us all the way to our room. The breakfast is also very thoughtfully prepared; their rice noodles are absolutely amazing! So delicious! There's also milk, bread, and fruit – a very satisfying meal. They even gave us coffee vouchers, which is fantastic for a coffee lover like me! I didn't expect to find such good coffee in a scenic area! In short, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Wanfenglin. Highly recommended!

This was the most pleasant surprise hotel on our trip to Qianxinan. Room 02 offers an absolutely stunning view. Waking up to the motorized curtains slowly opening, revealing the surrounded mountains of Wanfeng Lake outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, was like a vibrant landscape painting. I've stayed in many sea view and mountain view rooms, but this scene of mountains encircling and a turquoise lake partially visible is truly one-of-a-kind. Additionally, although there weren't many staff members, the two young ladies at the front desk provided service that was as meticulous and thoughtful as any five-star hotel. Our entire stay was very enjoyable. Finally, I have to commend the owner of Fengxi for their incredible vision in securing such a prime location – truly impressive! 👍

This trip was so rushed that I arrived at the hotel late at night with my luggage, and I was worried I'd have to make do for one night. But to my surprise, the owner greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered, holding a freshly brewed cup of hot tea. His words, ”You must be tired, come in and rest. Where are you from?” instantly melted away all the fatigue from my late-night journey. The room had central air conditioning, and the bed was made impeccably. Even the pillow height was thoughtfully considered without me having to say a word—it was such a pleasant surprise. The next morning, I have to rave about the breakfast! The variety was dazzling—hot, freshly made dishes, fresh fruit, and delicate snacks. After eating, I felt completely energized, and even the flavors were tailored to my preferences. I especially loved their plain noodles. The view from the room was absolutely stunning! Just open the window and you'd see the Wanfeng Forest across the street. The mountain scenery, with its layered peaks unfolding like an ink painting, is breathtaking. Mornings are shrouded in mist, and evenings are bathed in the glow of the setting sun. Sitting by the window, sipping tea and enjoying the view, time seems to slow down. The toiletries in the room were also incredibly thoughtful; the high-end brand scent was fresh and not overpowering, and the texture was exquisite. I even shamelessly asked the owner for an extra set to take on my next trip. The high-end facilities were absolutely fantastic. The bedding was soft and plush, and the bathroom was impeccably clean with a separate shower and toilet. It was a truly comfortable stay. This thoughtful touch upon checking in late at night, combined with the wonderful experience during the day, has already made me secretly plan my next trip. This amazing guesthouse is a must-visit! I sincerely wish the owner great success in their business, and that this wonderful place deserves to be discovered by more people! ❤️

The view from halfway up the mountain was absolutely stunning. Everyone at the guesthouse was incredibly kind, doing their best to meet guests' needs and offering various forms of assistance. Even though it was past mealtime when we checked in, they still cooked a single meal. For those of us who prefer a relaxed trip, we booked dinner at the guesthouse; it was home-style cooking, reasonably priced, and quite delicious. The kitchen was also visibly clean. Breakfast had a slightly limited selection, but they did have noodles, which were pretty good. Non-instant coffee could be ordered separately. Overall, it was perfect for a laid-back, relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, my itinerary was also quite relaxed and casual; I only stayed one night. I had already booked hotels for the following days, otherwise I really wanted to stay longer.

Five-star review! 👍 The Fenglin Stilt House Homestay was a fantastic experience. The stilt houses are very unique, and the peak forest view outside the window is absolutely stunning, offering a peaceful and serene environment. The owner's service was incredibly reliable; after checking out, I left my earphones behind, and they proactively helped me ship them to my next hotel. Their sense of responsibility is truly commendable. Our family had a very comfortable stay, and I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The guesthouse has a great location, almost at the end of a road, offering a quiet and secluded spot. Parking is convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They charge a 100 RMB cleaning fee for bringing a small dog, which is definitely pet-friendly. The guesthouse's own Labrador, Xiao Ye, is also adorable. We stayed in the Purple Cabinet and the Lesser Room; the Purple Cabinet was more spacious, airy, and comfortable, so we extended our stay for another night. The only slightly frustrating thing was that the guesthouse sold a 398 RMB dry pot beef dish, which we later discovered was actually served at the Ding Su restaurant, just 500 meters away, where the same beef costs only 70 RMB…

How does a stay being outstanding from others with same location, same scenery and surroundings? These are the important points that affects me: 1. The service 2. The cleanliness 3. The connection (with their guest) Hechu Minsu gives me the best experience with all the above. Awesome stays with them! Although they require a certain amount of deposit, look at the amenities and facilities, to me, it's necessary and it's refundable anyway. The quality of the stays come from a bad experience of the Minsu owner in other places, thus she set the standard with hers. Will definitely come back!

The wooden tabletop gleamed, and not a speck of dust could be found even in the window sill crevices. The leaves of the potted plant in the corner had a clean, dewy sheen. The entire space was free of clutter, with every detail exuding just the right amount of tidiness. As soon as I put down my suitcase, my tense nerves slowly began to unwind. The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's location. Opening the window revealed the iconic dark silhouettes of the scenic mountains, and the entrance to the attraction was just a ten-minute walk away. There was no need to rush for a crowded subway or transfers; the extra time allowed for a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood's artisan shops or a quick nap back in the room before heading out again. For breakfast, there was no need to go far; just two turns from the hotel entrance was a local breakfast spot that had been open for over a decade. Even getting to the nearby high-speed train station by taxi took only fifteen minutes. Whether you're a traveler with a packed itinerary or just looking for a relaxing getaway, getting around is exceptionally convenient. I was immediately won over by the front desk staff's attitude during check-in. As soon as we reached the entrance, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage and handed us cool welcome towels. When we asked for directions, they not only patiently explained the route but also offered a printed simplified map of the attractions, advising us which sections were best for photos and where to find the most authentic snacks. When we requested to adjust our check-out time, there was no hint of impatience; they quickly helped coordinate everything. They even assisted in contacting reliable venues for a local intangible cultural heritage experience that we casually inquired about. After this trip, the comfortable accommodation experience significantly enhanced our journey. Whether I visit this area again or recommend it to friends, this hotel will definitely be my top choice.

The staff was not only very efficient, but also gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and the surrounding fun places, which made people feel instantly at home in this strange city💕 During my stay at the hotel, the service was even more meticulous. For example, I had special requirements for the lighting brightness in the room, and the staff quickly arranged for someone to come and adjust it. It was really thoughtful.
