"I had a wonderful stay from start to finish! Even before I checked in, the butler was already in touch and always available to answer any questions, making our travel arrangements incredibly smooth. The guesthouse is located on high ground, offering fantastic views. The downstairs looked pretty ordinary, but walking upstairs was a complete surprise! The infinity pool and hot tubs in the backyard were incredibly relaxing, the rooms were spotless, and the service was warm and attentive. Staying here made our trip completely stress-free."

"Traveling solo and staying at this hotel in Xingyi, I found the environment and service to be quite good. It is very clean, has great surrounding scenery, and is not too far from the scenic spots in Xingyi. There are charging piles in Parking Lot No. 2. Although they are slow chargers, it's very convenient, which is a big plus!!! The staff were all very friendly, and having my favorite mutton rice noodles for breakfast was just wonderful. Totally worth it!"

"Service: First and foremost, I'm incredibly satisfied with the service. They inform you of everything beforehand. The B&B is easy to find, and getting a taxi is convenient. The staff (both guys and girls) help with luggage and greet you warmly whenever you come and go. Room: The room has a terrace, and sitting there enjoying the evening breeze is truly delightful. The room is spacious enough, and they even provide thoughtful touches like steam eye masks and hand masks. Recommendation: I would definitely choose this B&B again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"The breakfast was truly disappointing. I booked this place specifically because breakfast started at 7 AM, hoping to eat quickly and head to Maling River Canyon. However, when I arrived at 7 AM, all they had were some fruits and cold dishes. The coffee machine was being cleaned, and none of the hot food was ready. I asked a staff member to cook some rice noodles, but they told me to wait twice, suggesting I eat something else first, claiming everyone was busy. I asked them what I was supposed to eat when there was nothing available, and only then did someone reluctantly come to cook the rice noodles."

"Homestay is a few hundred metres from下納灰村 where there are many eateries and can rent bicycles or electric scooters. We went around on the electric scooter on day 1 and bicycles on day 2. The countryside views were good and we loved it. Breakfast provided by the homestay is delicious especially the tomatoes noodles."

The complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast were clean and delicious, with excellent food quality. Overall, the environment, service, and amenities were perfect, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!"

"Poor value for money. The room was empty for over 2,000 yuan a night. It's located within a sports park, but the park itself is run down! Many of the domestic facilities were closed! The front desk staff were cold and seemed tired and unhelpful. There were too few staff, and I had to drag my luggage a long way myself! The lights in the park were dim, and it wasn't very lively! The forest coverage, however, was quite high."

"The price was reasonable, the room was small, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The worst part was that the next morning, when we were about to go out for a walk, the landlady kept asking when we would be back, whether we wanted to pack our luggage first so they could clean, and demanding our phone number, even though we had already registered it upon check-in. She seemed worried about inconveniencing later guests. I understand it's peak season, but we were leaving around 8 am, and even after explaining we'd only be out for a short walk and would be back around 10 am to collect our luggage, she still didn't believe us and insisted on having our number. I think check-out is around 12 pm, so asking us to leave at 8 am was a bit inappropriate."

Overall: For this price, I'm very satisfied! Highly recommended."

"The hotel environment is very good, the room is satisfactory and unique, the breakfast is satisfactory, the service attitude is very good, and the parking is convenient. However, I was a little dissatisfied with the restaurant for dinner. The product was not what was advertised, and they did not admit the problem. The menu said that ginseng and hibiscus rolls with sea bass were 108 yuan. It looks good and it should be more expensive. They also said that they would send a live fish, but after waiting for more than an hour, they gave me the most ordinary steamed fish. I didn't want to do it in front of other guests and didn't want to have a bad impact. I just protested when paying the bill, but the person who paid the bill just said it lightly and said it was another way of cooking. There was no apology at all. I also felt that the fish was not slaughtered alive. I have eaten fish for decades, and I can definitely tell the difference between fresh and cooked fish. I hope to strengthen management. The other service staff in the restaurant have very good attitudes."

"The room was spacious, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. Outside the window, I could see Jushan Square, with the Mengle City dining and food district right in front of it. Stepping out of the hotel, there were buses to Wanfenglin Scenic Area and Maling River Scenic Area, as well as intercity buses to Anlong, where you can visit the Anlong Nanming Imperial Palace. This place offers incredible value for money. The hotel's buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very tasty and satisfying. Thumbs up to Haiyu Hotel! 👍👍👍"

"The toilet in the room was wet, the equipment was old, there was no hot water for washing hands, the WiFi was often disconnected, the cabinet would shake, and the toilet board was tilted. The security guard at the door looked indifferent and the breakfast was very small."

They were warm and attentive. The day before yesterday, a young lady gave me a detailed guide to nearby restaurants and even upgraded our room. Thumbs up! Breakfast is on the 17th floor with a great view. I will definitely come back next time."
