The entire resort is designed in the unmistakable shape and spirit of a ship, complete with maritime detailing, porthole-style windows, brass accents, and cabin-inspired interiors that make every room feel like a private suite at sea. From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by tropical-style gardens and serene lagoons where ducks glide across the water and fish move like living brushstrokes beneath the surface. It is calm, immersive, and almost dreamlike. The service is simply outstanding — attentive, warm, and effortless. Nothing feels forced; everything feels considered. Breakfast is sumptuous and generous, with a spread that feels worthy of a grand voyage rather than a countryside resort. Every detail is elevated. The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. What makes this place unforgettable is its setting: tranquil and secluded, yet perfectly positioned to explore everything Anji has to offer. You feel away from the world, but never far from it. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

I'm not being paid to say this... This resort was truly satisfying, offering a fantastic blend of historical culture, natural beauty, and engaging activities. The overall experience was excellent. Here are the specific highlights: 1. **Rich Scenery and Culture:** (a) The scenic area features the ancient tomb of King Yue, complemented by an accompanying museum nearby. (b) The natural landscape is stunning, boasting expansive tea plantations and a picturesque lake. 2. **Diverse Free Activities:** (a) They offer horse riding vouchers, paddleboarding, and even a forest KTV. (b) In the evenings, you can enjoy setting off sparklers. (c) Unique experiences like pinecone gathering and forest sound healing are also available. 3. **Accommodation and Environment:** (a) **Pet-Friendly:** It's a very pet-friendly place; I saw many guests with their dogs. (b) **Room Facilities:** I stayed in a lake-view room. While the tent space wasn't particularly large, it was well-equipped despite its compact size. I especially loved the terrace overlooking the small lake, which offered a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere. 4. **Exceptional Service:** The service attitude was genuinely excellent, and the staff were incredibly patient. We brought our own barbecue ingredients, and borrowed many tools from the hotel; the staff helped us deliver them repeatedly. Even when we missed breakfast, they still provided freshly ground coffee when we asked at the front desk. I truly recommend this place to everyone! Overall, this is an outstanding resort that excels in all aspects.

This is arguably the best service I've experienced at a hotel in China recently, truly the 'silent yet pervasive' kind. They weren't overly present or intrusive, but every need was met perfectly and promptly. Now I understand why this hotel has such high ratings; the service details are on par with luxury hotels. Spending a couple of weekdays here was incredibly comfortable. I initially thought the hotel restaurant prices were a bit high when I saw the menu, but surprisingly, the food was delicious and well worth it, so I ended up eating there for two days straight. It's a reassuring hotel worth coming to for a few days of relaxation.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

1. The hotel environment is absolutely beautiful, like a hidden paradise. I even saw black swans and mallard ducks! 🦆 If it weren't for the scorching heat, it would be worth exploring thoroughly. 2. Our butler, Leo, was incredibly thoughtful. He added me on WeChat as soon as we booked, and informed me of all the check-in details in advance. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that Leo had upgraded our standard room to a loft free of charge. The kids were thrilled, and one of them slept soundly upstairs! Throughout our stay, Leo was always responsive to our questions and recommended an excellent rafting spot. 3. A friendly reminder: The resort is in a somewhat remote location. If you plan to go out, I recommend calling a car at least 10 minutes in advance. Gaode App (Amap) seems to have a much higher success rate for booking rides than Didi. 4. I highly recommend the Shenxi Gorge Rafting. The water is crystal clear, and there are about 10 thrilling yet safe rapids. The flow is well-designed, with one end for boarding and the other for disembarking.

For work reasons, I chose Manwanhua. The environment was exceptional, and I felt like I was on vacation. The tea plantations and buildings coexist harmoniously, and the infinity pool, reflecting the Metasequoia trees, creates a modern, stylish atmosphere. The housekeeping was proactive, responsive, and welcoming. The coffee was excellent, and the metal fence around the pool was a creative way to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. In the evening, the breeze blew, and gazing at the stars was a relaxing experience.

The three-day and two-night trip was contacted by the handsome butler Xiao Yin on WeChat one day in advance to recommend nearby restaurants and places to visit. We set off early the next day. The May Day hotel room was full and had not been cleaned yet. We could get the room card after dinner. The butler service was really nice. He helped with the luggage and parked the car. The shuttle bus personally sent us to the room. Along the way, he briefly introduced the location of the park and the location of the hot spring. The car was parked very close to the room. The fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator in the room were unlimited and free. He also gave my daughter a park doll. My daughter said she liked rafting, and Xiao Yin also gave her a rafting ticket~ In short, the service was very attentive. Next to the hotel is the Jialebi Amusement Park. When checking in, you need to scan your face. When entering and exiting the amusement park, you need to scan your face. There is a special passage for hotel guests. There are many amusement facilities inside, and there are many exciting projects, such as the big pendulum, pirate ship, roller coaster, and bungee jumping. I have to mention that my father was not feeling well on the first day. At 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening, the housekeeper Xiao Yin accompanied us to the hospital after work. It was really considerate. I brought my parents and daughter to stay. The old one was not feeling well, and the young one had to be dragged to the hospital together. It was really much better to have someone to help. There was no thunder in the park. The three performances after 19 o'clock in the evening must be seen. The iron flower is really shocking. I have seen many iron flowers, but this one is really unique~ I give a super five-star praise to the handsome and careful Xiao Yin!

As for the room, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, though I felt the door design was a bit odd. All the toiletries were well-stocked. The hotel's breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, fresh fruits, and local specialties. The taste was quite good! And the view from the hotel's terrace was truly lovely! The hotel's location is also excellent. Since it was a public holiday (National Day), there were probably more people, so the shuttle might have a bit of a wait. However, it's very close to most attractions, and you can easily walk to them. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

It's an old hotel, so it's normal that the equipment is old. The main reason is the good location. The resort is very quiet, the air is really good, and the air conditioning is super powerful. I took the initiative to book a night room, and the room was super warm when I arrived. There are some minor problems with the hygiene details. There are two strands of hair when I lifted the quilt, and there are dust and strands of hair in the bathtub. There are obvious water stains on the shower head and switch. There are small red stains on the bathrobe that I don't know if it's blood or oil. There is no soap or hand sanitizer. However, considering the year and price, it is generally acceptable. Unexpectedly, the breakfast is not as bad as the comments say, and it is quite rich.
