MMANGO3132The scenery is nothing to say, very beautiful. Directly above the picture, the water is clear in the evening in the room, you can see the fish swimming, the ducks and geese are in the lake, the color of the lake is very beautiful
The traffic is also very convenient. In the city, it is backed by the mountains, so it is very convenient to order takeaway or go out to eat.
There is a piano in the lobby of the theme hotel that can be played casually. There is a shuttle bus to the top of the mountain. The scenery is also very beautiful. The cableway sent to our children is too young to sit. The shocking travel shot sent, the little brother took about 20 photos, after the shooting the next day, there are 3 free refinements, look forward to it.
The fly in the ointment is that there is no fence and no crib. It is not very friendly for the October-aged baby. It will worry about falling down at night. The staff wanted to help move the sofa to the end of the bed, but the sofa was too long to move. Since it is a newly opened hotel, I hope to match it as soon as possible, so that the baby of the month can rest assured. Don't worry about the big baby

WWeilaiBooked this trip last August for the May Day holiday this year – funny to think about it now! Wangshan Tower is very new and conveniently located right at the foot of the mountain. We arrived early and didn't have to wait for our room. Perhaps my expectations for Hantian were too high, but surprisingly, there were no special activities during the May Day period. We ended up having a slightly boring 2-night stay. There's a kids' play area and a fish pond (though no fish food is provided). The views from the White Tea Museum are lovely, and the exhibits are quite extensive.

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway! The environment is fantastic, exactly what I was looking for to be close to nature, and all my work stress just melted away. The staff are all incredibly nice and thoughtful. 💕 The shuttle bus within the hotel grounds is super convenient. We also had a thoughtful butler who explained everything patiently. It's pet-friendly too, so it's great for bringing your furry friends – mine was so happy they slept soundly all the way home. The scenery is beautiful and so relaxing! They have a gym and a pool, too! It's not far from Anji city center, so you can enjoy the hotel during the day and then drive to Anji city center for dinner in the evening! I really, really recommend it!!!!

AAnonymous UserThe housekeeper, Xiao Zhang, was very enthusiastic and answered all questions. There were many amusement projects and we had a lot of fun. The traffic on May Day was not too high, so we didn't have to wait in line for a long time with our kids. The park was very close, and there were not a lot of food nearby. The hotel facilities were very complete, but the exterior paint was a bit old, and it would be more beautiful if it was newer. The hotel shuttle service was not uniform. Some drivers were very good and saw that we had a lot of luggage and helped drive to the door of the house where we lived to drop us off. When we came back tired at night, we took the bus and asked the driver to help send us to the door of the house. He was not willing to force us to go through the main entrance. I think this is unreasonable. After all, the service is not good enough for 2.6k a night, and there are not so many people that we can't handle it.

AaaatubuaaaThis hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar.
One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

YYangyangmamaliuwaHonestly, I didn't expect the hotel environment to be this good! The hotel is very new, and right by the main entrance, you can see a massive outdoor pool, perfect for some water fun! There are both indoor and outdoor play areas. The family room is a suite with a tent, bunk beds, and a king-sized bed – more than enough for two adults and two children. Snacks and drinks in the fridge are complimentary, and the service is excellent overall.
The 'City in the Sky' tickets provided allow unlimited access for two days, and the kids absolutely loved it, while the adults could just relax. There's sand digging, a Ferris wheel, an aerial adventure net, kayaking, a pet zoo, a lazy river, and more! It really feels like a beachfront resort!
The breakfast buffet was also great, with a wide variety and delicious flavors.
For anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway where the kids are entertained, this place is truly ideal!

GGuest UserIt's an old hotel, so it's normal that the equipment is old. The main reason is the good location. The resort is very quiet, the air is really good, and the air conditioning is super powerful. I took the initiative to book a night room, and the room was super warm when I arrived. There are some minor problems with the hygiene details. There are two strands of hair when I lifted the quilt, and there are dust and strands of hair in the bathtub. There are obvious water stains on the shower head and switch. There are small red stains on the bathrobe that I don't know if it's blood or oil. There is no soap or hand sanitizer. However, considering the year and price, it is generally acceptable. Unexpectedly, the breakfast is not as bad as the comments say, and it is quite rich.

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the mountaintop and has an exclusive VIP通道 (VIP access). Staff are on hand to help with luggage when going up or down to the rooms, and there's a dedicated hotel shuttle service everywhere. The service is excellent, saving a lot of effort for moms traveling with kids. Our butler was also very thoughtful, offering recommendations for the area and helpful tips, and promptly responded to any requests.
The skiing experience during our stay was great, the artificial snow was fantastic. The ski resort is quite spacious, and there are many surrounding entertainment options, which kept the kids happy.
The room had floor heating, a novel design, and the cleanliness was also good. The only drawback was the limited number of elevators, requiring some backtracking. But we would definitely come back again.
