🚗 Parking available right outside, and you can charge your car!. Ever since having a kid, overnight camping has become such a challenge 🥹. Then I discovered this tent hotel in Anji 😌. It gives you the camping vibe, but with the comfort and stability needed for kids. The hotel is nestled among many pine trees 🌲, offering an absolutely stunning environment ‼️. There's a lake 🈶, and you can even choose a lake view room! The rooms are tent-shaped, but they come with a toilet 🚽 and a shower ‼️. ⚠️ The front desk butler was amazing! From the moment of booking, they provided all the necessary information in advance. They'd tell you about all the hotel activities beforehand so you could plan your time accordingly 🥹🥹🥹 – so thoughtful!! Outdoor activities include paddleboarding, a mini-train, horseback riding, go-karts… so many things to do! Indoors, you can sing karaoke, play motion-sensing games 🎮, or do pinecone crafts 🤩. Your whole day will be packed with fun 😉. I heard they even have hot springs in winter ♨️ ‼️. I'm already planning my second visit! 🤣

The hotel grounds are quite spacious, with plenty of outdoor activity areas and beautiful, photo-worthy scenery! We booked a twin room and were immediately impressed upon entering. The high ceilings and large room, with its simple yet cozy decor, really stood out. Even though there were just two of us, it felt like there was easily enough space for six more people! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views, and every morning, with the automatic curtains open, all the beauty was right there for us to enjoy. The hotel also offers free access to a gym, a cinema, and a DIY book bar, so you'll never get bored even if you spend a whole day indoors. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful! They brought us a complimentary nightcap soup in the evening, and after our workout, they even placed two bottles of water on our bedside table. Their smiling service throughout made the experience truly exceptional.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

For work reasons, I chose Manwanhua. The environment was exceptional, and I felt like I was on vacation. The tea plantations and buildings coexist harmoniously, and the infinity pool, reflecting the Metasequoia trees, creates a modern, stylish atmosphere. The housekeeping was proactive, responsive, and welcoming. The coffee was excellent, and the metal fence around the pool was a creative way to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. In the evening, the breeze blew, and gazing at the stars was a relaxing experience.

We stayed in the largest room with our child, and we got a free room upgrade! The room was huge, with a large terrace, a big bathtub, a bright bathroom, and even a small capsule coffee machine. The decor was lovely, in a Wabi-sabi style, and the smart curtains were a hit with our kid, who loved playing with them for ages. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent. The hotel is very close to the Galabi amusement park, so we could go in and out of the park for two consecutive days during our stay. We checked in on the first afternoon and immediately went to the water park or the smaller amusement park, then watched a show in the evening. The next morning, we swam in the infinity pool and were back at the water park by 1 PM. Our child had an absolute blast and said a weekend was too short, wanting to come back again, suggesting two days would be perfect. The butler was incredibly enthusiastic, upgrading our room, helping with luggage, and even giving us complimentary snacks, drinks, and bottled water. The Galabi Park itself was lively. That night, there was a Jiro Wang fan meeting and performance, which was fantastic value! Plus, there are Starbucks, Mixue Bingcheng, and Dico's outlets inside.

This hotel is great, Treasure Island theme, cabin style, very special; the whole villa is still under development, the concierge brother drove us to visit the whole mountain with a battery car, and patiently explained, the scenery is beautiful, if all the development is completed, it will definitely come back to see; The service here is absolutely five-star, from the front desk to the concierge to the restaurant, it feels absolutely at home. The view in the room is also very good, spacious enough, even the snacks and drinks prepared in the refrigerator are also very high-grade; breakfast is a luxury package, Chinese and Western combination, can not be finished at all. This is one of the few hotels that have stayed in recent years.

The resort environment is great in all aspects, perfect for a trip with family and friends. We stayed for several days and it was quite enjoyable. Tiger provided excellent and enthusiastic service, recommending many places. We'll definitely go back if we get the chance!

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. Our first trip to the summit of Anji Yunshang Grassland led us to a unique romantic hideaway in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region: the 1168 Starry Sky Astronomical Hotel, perched at an altitude of 1168 meters. As the only mountaintop hotel within the Yunshang Grassland scenic area, it stands nestled amidst clouds and mist, with the Milky Way as its canopy. This isn't just a fleeting visit; it's an immersive experience, allowing you to dwell in the gentle embrace of the starry sky and sea of clouds. Our butler, Xiao Zhang, proactively contacted us via WeChat, providing a complete check-in process in advance. Since the hotel is located on the mountaintop, a cable car ride is essential. Xiao Zhang seamlessly coordinated all transportation: after checking in at the foot of the mountain, we were guided to a VIP cable car channel. A dedicated shuttle awaited us at the cable car's upper station exit, and we could call for a shuttle anytime for exploring within the scenic area. He also helped us redeem fast-pass privileges for attractions, allowing us to skip queues for popular cliffside activities, and provided a one-on-one explanation of the two-day unlimited park access. The service was truly attentive, enthusiastic, and thorough – definitely deserving of a five-star rating. My sincere thanks again to Butler Xiao Zhang for his warm service, and to all the staff members. A heartfelt thank you! You've all worked incredibly hard!

Our overall experience during this stay was exceptional, and I have to commend it. Both the hotel environment and room hygiene were fantastic, and we were satisfied in every aspect. The staff were gentle and enthusiastic, responding promptly to any requests. We had a comfortable and relaxing two-day stay; it truly is a paradise for kids. The scenery is therapeutic, and there are plenty of activities. It's our top choice for a short getaway. The kids absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. No need for extensive planning, just go for it! Fun, water play, and beautiful views – all in one place.
