This guesthouse in Anji Jiangnan Tianchi was such a pleasant surprise! As soon as you open the window, you're greeted by a snowy wonderland with mountains draped in white. The bamboo forest covered in snow looked like a beautiful ink painting. It's super close to the ski resort, making it incredibly convenient for snow activities. The room was clean, cozy, and even had underfloor heating, which made our winter stay super comfortable. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming; they even thoughtfully reminded us about slippery roads during the snowfall. Their homemade farm-to-table dishes were incredibly fresh and delicious, using only local ingredients. Enjoying the snowy view from the room with a hot cup of tea created the perfect atmosphere and an amazing experience. It's definitely the best choice for enjoying snow in Jiangnan during winter. We'll be back!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, with a traditional Huizhou architectural style featuring white walls and black tiles. It's surrounded by rolling mountains and vibrant, layered foliage. We booked a mountain view room for two nights. Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but it was a bit of a hassle. After several discussions, we finally got checked in at 4 PM. The room itself was quite spacious, and the hardware facilities were well-maintained, though they did show some age. Housekeeping was excellent, and they even offered turn-down service, including two small turn-down gifts. We dined at the Baiyun Hall, which was generally good, but our noodle order was initially incorrect and had to be re-made. Breakfast in the ground floor restaurant was of good quality and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's recreational facilities, however, need some maintenance. The karaoke room, in particular, looked like it hadn't been used in a long time. Overall, the staff were good, and our butler, Summer Shen, provided excellent service.

I came here for a complete chill-out, and thanks to Mark, all my needs and issues during my stay were handled perfectly, allowing me to be completely hands-off. The courtyard room has an excellent view; I could see the lovely small courtyard right from my bed. The room also came with a Marshall speaker, which I would have known about so I wouldn't have brought my own. There's a vending machine in the guest room building, and I could even make my own lattes and milk teas with the in-room equipment. I stayed in for two days, and the food was great. The stir-fried chicken was very fragrant, and the tea-infused pork was quite unique. Other dishes were also well-prepared. The cave bar has a completely different style from the guest rooms, which was very interesting. The cocktails weren't too strong but had excellent flavor. I tried two tea-infused specials, and they were well-blended and memorable. The kids' room has a board game machine, so even if you're bored in your room, you can come out and play. The hot spring facility can be cleaned upon request before use, which is a plus! It's a shame the Cloud Bar was closed due to the typhoon, and the audio-visual room was under maintenance. I'll definitely come back next time.

It has a superior geographical location and is very convenient for travel. The room is clean and tidy, giving people a comfortable feeling. The view outside the window is like a painting, so beautiful! The hotel's heated swimming pool has a suitable water temperature, and the special hot spring is also amazing. Soaking in it can greatly relax your body and mind. Moreover, the hotel service is particularly good, the staff are warm and thoughtful, and they respond to all your requests, which makes the experience perfect. In addition, the hotel's soundproofing is also quite good. I am very satisfied with this stay. I will bring my family here next time to continue to enjoy this coziness and comfort!
