"Honestly, check-in started a bit unpleasantly. Perhaps it was the summer peak, and the hotel seemed understaffed, leading to slower service. Compared to the Banyan Tree Lijiang and Hangzhou, the service here was a bit disappointing. We waited a long time to check in, and dinner at the restaurant had multiple errors – like repeatedly asking for no ginger and still getting it in our food. However, the room was a huge plus! We booked a lake view suite with a 270-degree balcony, offering unobstructed views of the lake and mountains. Waking up to blue skies, white clouds, green mountains, and clear waters after opening the curtains was truly therapeutic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, much better than what some online reviews suggested. There was a wide variety and the taste was great, definitely superior to other hotels in the same category. If you're traveling with kids, staying at the hotel itself is enough; there are plenty of dining and activity options nearby like paddleboarding, horseback riding, off-roading, and river tracing. Overall, the experience was quite good. Especially, you must try the hotel's travel photography service – they take amazing photos!"

"🏨 **About the Hotel:** This low-density resort, converted from an old schoolhouse, boasts 23 rooms with a charming blend of Suzhou and Japanese architectural styles. The facilities and service are top-notch, making it the perfect place to unwind. 🛏 **Room & Service:** We booked a courtyard room, which was spacious and quiet at 80 sqm. ✅ **180° Floor-to-Ceiling Windows:** Perfect for lounging in bed and gazing at the misty bamboo forest. The mini-bar offers complimentary Evian and Perrier. ✅ **Service:** Expect a free fruit platter daily and a complimentary 'goodnight soup' in the evenings. Staff are incredibly responsive – ginger tea is brought to you immediately after a swim, and a shuttle is ready whenever you need to head out. ✅ **Amenities:** The hotel offers a home theater, bar, heated pool, gym, billiards, a book bar, and a fantastic restaurant (it’s delicious and totally changed my perception of Jiangnan cuisine!). You can also borrow bicycles. It’s an all-inclusive experience, so you barely need to leave the property, though the spa is still under construction. There are also rice paddies and cherry blossoms; it must be stunning in autumn and spring. I’d love to come back! 🍽 **Dining:** You absolutely must try the 'Mountain and Wilderness' cuisine at Liyuan Restaurant. Many dishes require a day’s advance booking. The braised goose was incredibly tender, and the 'Yan Du Xian' soup was incredibly flavorful. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room – enjoying breakfast in bed while looking at the bamboo forest is incredibly relaxing."

"I came here for a complete chill-out, and thanks to Mark, all my needs and issues during my stay were handled perfectly, allowing me to be completely hands-off. The courtyard room has an excellent view; I could see the lovely small courtyard right from my bed. The room also came with a Marshall speaker, which I would have known about so I wouldn't have brought my own. There's a vending machine in the guest room building, and I could even make my own lattes and milk teas with the in-room equipment. I stayed in for two days, and the food was great. The stir-fried chicken was very fragrant, and the tea-infused pork was quite unique. Other dishes were also well-prepared. The cave bar has a completely different style from the guest rooms, which was very interesting. The cocktails weren't too strong but had excellent flavor. I tried two tea-infused specials, and they were well-blended and memorable. The kids' room has a board game machine, so even if you're bored in your room, you can come out and play. The hot spring facility can be cleaned upon request before use, which is a plus! It's a shame the Cloud Bar was closed due to the typhoon, and the audio-visual room was under maintenance. I'll definitely come back next time."

"This is my second time visiting Anandi Private Villas Moganshan. It feels like every time I step into these mountains, the gentle breeze somehow melts away all my worries. The resort is very close to Moganshan town. When I have some free time, I enjoy taking a leisurely stroll there. The bustling streets offer a quiet and comfortable vibe, so there's no need to rush – just let time gently drift by. The entire hotel is enveloped by the lush greenery of the mountains, creating a serene and soothing atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can shed all your fatigue and simply relax your mind and body. On the day we checked out, our schedule was tight. I quickly ordered two pizzas for the kids, and the delivery service said they left them at the door, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I was starting to get anxious, but a front desk staff member was incredibly thoughtful. They practically sprinted around, helping me search everywhere. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness truly touched my heart. A good place to stay isn't just about the scenery; it's also about the human touch and kind treatment. The environment here is peaceful, the service is heartwarming, and the management is well-organized and reliable. Every stay here brings a rare sense of calm and relaxation. Next time I'm in Moganshan, I'll still choose Anandi Private Villas without hesitation. It's a place to live, to enjoy the passing years, and to heal both mind and body."

"This Club Med is truly a hassle-free option for family trips. 🥐 Regarding dining and space The breakfast was incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options, and the quality was consistently high. The kids loved it, and the adults were satisfied too. The room was very spacious, with an extra-wide bed, plenty of room for a family of four. The children had ample space to play in the room, and it never felt crowded. 🎉 Regarding parent-child activities It truly lives up to its reputation as the ultimate family resort! There were so many activities. Our children weren't old enough for the kids' club (it's for ages 4 and up), but I'm sure it would have been even more fun for them to play with other kids, and it would have given the adults a break. The evening activities were especially fantastic. Every night there were different themed shows and parties, with the G.O.s singing and dancing. My two kids were mesmerized, dancing along with them, and the atmosphere was wonderful! The children didn't want to leave until very late. 💖 Special thanks to GRO Eric Special thanks to our GRO Eric! He took care of us meticulously from check-in to check-out. When he learned we had booked two rooms, he specifically arranged generous fruit platters for both. Knowing we had two children, he also provided extra milk. These thoughtful details truly touched us! In summary, this was a trip where everyone in the family, young and old, was satisfied. "Facilities: The hotel facilities are complete. The room has a bathtub, a vanity mirror, and a good hairdryer. The bathroom is also very spacious and even has a child-friendly toilet ladder with armrests, which is great 👍. The overall style is European, and the TV background wall has a unique design. The downsides are that it's not smart-enabled and there's no refrigerator. Cleanliness: The cleanliness should be fine. After all, this isn't a bad hotel, so I believe this aspect should be acceptable. I didn't find anything amiss. Environment: The surrounding environment is excellent, with green mountains all around, and an artificial lake with many goldfish. The scenery is lovely. Service: The service attitude was good. They upgraded us from a king-sized room to a family room when we checked in, which included an extra child's bed next to the main bed, giving us more space for a family of three. We booked a package that included two unlimited two-day park tickets. We only needed to buy an additional child's ticket. The hotel's proximity to the park is incredibly convenient, with a direct corridor from the second floor that takes just a few minutes. They didn't rush us during checkout either, allowing us to extend until 2 PM. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children. Oh, and the breakfast selection is also very rich, with many options. Satisfied!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was kindly upgraded to a better option, which made the experience even more enjoyable. When we entered the room, everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The view was amazing, the bathroom was spotless, and the room itself felt very luxurious. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and high quality. The resort also has a hot spring located inside a bamboo forest, which was a truly relaxing and memorable experience. They also kindly offered us three complimentary photos. The reception staff spoke English, which made communication very easy. A special thanks to Tian Tian at the reception, who was extremely helpful, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. She answered all our questions quickly and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this resort."

"This hot spring resort is the perfect escape to unwind from days of fatigue. The hot spring pools are clean and elegant, the environment is tranquil and relaxing, and soaking in the warm water is incredibly soothing. The hotel offers great privacy with multiple hot spring pools of varying sizes, all thoughtfully sectioned off. The outdoor pools boast fantastic scenery, and the water temperature is just right. They are diligent about changing the water and keeping it clean, with no strange smells or impurities. After a soak, all my tense muscles felt relaxed, and my fatigue completely disappeared. The guest rooms were immaculately clean and well-equipped, with soft, comfortable bedding that made for a good night's sleep. The front desk and staff were all gentle and polite, making check-in and check-out efficient and smooth. The accompanying lounge area, complete with tea and snacks, is a great bonus. It's suitable for both couples and families traveling together. It's truly an ideal spot to relax, enjoy a hot spring treatment, and clear your mind.
