WWeilaiBooked this trip last August for the May Day holiday this year – funny to think about it now! Wangshan Tower is very new and conveniently located right at the foot of the mountain. We arrived early and didn't have to wait for our room. Perhaps my expectations for Hantian were too high, but surprisingly, there were no special activities during the May Day period. We ended up having a slightly boring 2-night stay. There's a kids' play area and a fish pond (though no fish food is provided). The views from the White Tea Museum are lovely, and the exhibits are quite extensive.

GGuest UserThe room design was great, and both the elderly and children loved it. They even thoughtfully provided eye masks. The room had a smart smart control system and underfloor heating. Both the indoor and outdoor views were fantastic, especially the hot spring in the bamboo forest. The service was excellent; they responded immediately to every request, even late at night – thank you so much to the young man! Initially, the guesthouse had stopped providing underfloor heating for the first few days of our stay because it was getting warmer, but on the day we arrived, it got a bit cold, and my child liked to walk on the floor without slippers. The owner kindly turned the heating back on – thank you!
We had dinner at the guesthouse: chicken soup, braised bamboo shoots, and braised catfish. The auntie cooked it very well; my elders still rave about it afterward, haha. Breakfast was rather home-style, but the auntie's soft-boiled eggs were delicious, and the young man's hand-drip coffee was also very good.
One small suggestion: could the guesthouse consider allowing guests to choose between regular towels and disposable towels in the future? My child only made this suggestion about the towels, haha. Also, it would be even better if there was an absorbent mat in the bathroom.
Overall, it's good, pet-friendly, and I recommend it.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is fantastic, and the dining is top-notch. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, including many local specialties, and the dining atmosphere is excellent. The Chinese restaurant is located by a lake, with reasonable prices, so there's really no need to eat out. The entire hotel feels like a massive resort. I checked out the mountaintop cafe, walked the tea garden trail, and enjoyed the hot springs and gym every day during my stay. All the staff were incredibly polite and courteous. I'll definitely choose Hantian Resort again next time I visit Anji.

GGuest UserWhat a fantastic home stay. My partner and I stayed for the weekend, and everything was brilliant. The staff were all friendly and helpful (despite us both being able to speak Chinese and the staff not speaking English, they did everything they could to help us and make us feel welcome).
The room was big, clean and had everything that we needed. It also had a water machine which was really helpful especially with the weather being so hot.
We spent one afternoon relaxing by the swimming pool, and it was peaceful and the water was clean and refreshing.
Breakfast was good, with enough selection to choose from.
The location was also brilliant, with it only being a ten minute walk to where the buses take you to Skyland, which is why we visited the area.
We will be coming back to stay here in the next few months when we visit the area again! Thank you for a great weekend.

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway! The environment is fantastic, exactly what I was looking for to be close to nature, and all my work stress just melted away. The staff are all incredibly nice and thoughtful. 💕 The shuttle bus within the hotel grounds is super convenient. We also had a thoughtful butler who explained everything patiently. It's pet-friendly too, so it's great for bringing your furry friends – mine was so happy they slept soundly all the way home. The scenery is beautiful and so relaxing! They have a gym and a pool, too! It's not far from Anji city center, so you can enjoy the hotel during the day and then drive to Anji city center for dinner in the evening! I really, really recommend it!!!!

22056068787B&B to take the kids to rest after visiting Kitty Cat Paradise. I didn't have high expectations before I went there, but I was 100% satisfied after I arrived. It can be seen that the boss has worked hard on the environment and decoration. The environment is quiet and suitable for vacation and taking pictures. Thanks to the front desk sister for upgrading the room. I stayed in Dongli and felt the feeling of picking chrysanthemums under the Dongli and leisurely seeing Nanshan. The children feed the fish in the cafe, and the adults can drink coffee quietly. It is inconvenient to go out for dinner without a car. I had breakfast and dinner at his house. Although the breakfast is simple, you can feel the simplicity of the farmhouse. The dinner is also delicious. The braised pork with dried bamboo shoots and dumplings are good. The large glass windows in the guest room make people feel happy, and the facilities are complete and clean. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the toilet has a serious smell. I don't know where the smell comes from. In short, it is suitable for family travel!

AAnonymous UserThe housekeeper, Xiao Zhang, was very enthusiastic and answered all questions. There were many amusement projects and we had a lot of fun. The traffic on May Day was not too high, so we didn't have to wait in line for a long time with our kids. The park was very close, and there were not a lot of food nearby. The hotel facilities were very complete, but the exterior paint was a bit old, and it would be more beautiful if it was newer. The hotel shuttle service was not uniform. Some drivers were very good and saw that we had a lot of luggage and helped drive to the door of the house where we lived to drop us off. When we came back tired at night, we took the bus and asked the driver to help send us to the door of the house. He was not willing to force us to go through the main entrance. I think this is unreasonable. After all, the service is not good enough for 2.6k a night, and there are not so many people that we can't handle it.

AaaatubuaaaThis hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar.
One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!
