Asya Premier Suites

9.7/10
Amazing

We had an amazing time at the Asya Premier Suites in Boracay. The food, the Service, the staff, the Location,... Everything was well pleasing! It's located at the end of station 3 with a very nice and private beach area. The pool is located in the middle of the suites and is offering enough sunbeds for the ~20-25 suites. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant was good and the prices were also okay. The breakfast with the view of the ocean was really special. We stayed 4 nights in the presidential suite and the terrace with the private pool (with whirlpool feature) was impressive. The suite is really big, same for the comfortable bed and it was always very clean. Whenever we had a question or request, they were very fast with it. Another really good service was the daily free shuttle and pick up service at the D Mall. There was nothing to complain about, I can fully recommend the Asya Premier Suites if you want to have a unique and very private stay in Boracay, a bit off from the crowded main area at station 1 and 2. If you want to talk a walk along the beach front to station 1 or 2 it takes around 20-30mins.

The in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool). We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service. If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive. The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's cozy, quiet, charming, and was the cheapest option, leaving me with only positive impressions. I will definitely be back! Pros: 1. It's exactly 400 steps or a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach. 2. Excellent and delicious continental breakfasts. 3. Free daily massage. 4. Welcome drink upon check-in. 5. A clean, cozy hotel where it's always quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a good night's sleep. 6. A 15-minute walk to the best beach on this island – Puka Beach. 7. Only a hostel would be cheaper. This was the most affordable booking option available. Cons: 1. The shuttle to the center runs infrequently (only in the morning or evening). 2. Remote location from shops and cafes. 3. Few tourists in the immediate vicinity. It feels a bit like being in a local ghetto. I'm only deducting a point for the infrequent shuttle service to and from the center.

This property situated in a hill in Boracay has a beautiful view of Boracay's not-so-famous spots. Also a good view for breakfast. Breakfast doesn't have a wide selection, but more than enough to keep your tummy full. The rooms are a bit dated. Wooden floors are prone to dust. But, definitely a beautiful overlooking view. Large room with balcony, has built-in bathtub.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations and was the most satisfying hotel experience on my recent trip. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. It's very tourist-friendly, making getting around a breeze. The moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed. It was spacious and bright, with a minimalist and clean design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to fall asleep quickly and enjoy excellent sleep quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, well-stocked toiletries, and a consistent hot water supply – the attention to detail was spot on. The room had abundant natural light, a great view, and was overall clean, tidy, and odor-free, which made for a very reassuring stay. The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly and patient in answering any questions I had, making me feel very welcome. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, suitable for both relaxation and work. It offers incredible value for money. The facilities, service, and location are all impeccable and well worth the price. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family. It's a trustworthy and comfortable hotel!

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

Very quiet place with its own beautiful and well-maintained grounds. The room is spacious, with a large balcony. Hot water isn't always available, and the Wi-Fi works acceptably. The rooms are clean, but there's no daily cleaning service. It's about a 5-minute walk to Diniwid Beach, but the walk back is up a steep hill. There's a shuttle service to the beach and to Citymall. The breakfasts are very tasty and filling. We were with our child, and they gave him a complimentary plate of fruit and a glass of milk. The staff is very pleasant. There are a couple of good cafes near the hotel. We often went to Kape Drip coffee shop. Sometimes we walked to Citymall.

Grand Boracay Resort

I recently stayed at Grand Boracay Resort, and its biggest advantage is easily the location. It is probably one of the best locations on the entire island. Being right in D'Mall means you can walk almost everywhere and rarely need to pay for public transportation or e-trikes. The Deluxe Rooms are just okay, 6/10 in my opinion. They are spacious enough for 2 to 4 people, which is great for families or small groups. However, the mini fridge was empty, and if you want drinks or snacks, you need to purchase them at the reception near the entrance. The 2 beds for two people was just about adequate but definitely on the smaller side. It was manageable for a short stay (5-7 days), but couples who prefer more sleeping space may find it a bit cramped. The curtains provide good privacy, so nobody can see inside the room, but they do not block much sunlight. Also, since many rooms face walkways, you will hear people passing by outside, and the noise can be a bit distracting throughout the day. Cleanliness was acceptable, around 6.5 to 7 out of 10. The property feels quite old-fashioned and could use some modernization, but that is also reflected in the reasonable room rates considering the prime location. Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place in the heart of Boracay and mainly need a room to sleep, shower, and change before heading back out, Grand Boracay Resort is a solid choice. If you are expecting a modern, comfortable, resort-style experience with luxurious amenities and Instagram-worthy rooms, this is probably not the right hotel for you.

Hotel is right next to the airport, we could walk to departures in about 10 minutes. There’s a restaurant outside the hotel with a beach view. There was a power outage that prevented us from using the AC during the day but worked well at night. The water pressure in the bathroom is poor, overall clean and was a convienient stay.

This time, I came to Boracay and stayed at this hotel! Although it's a bit far from the bustling area, they offer a free shuttle bus to get there. The staff are friendly, it's quiet at night, and the price is quite affordable for Boracay. I'm very satisfied with my stay here! If I ever go to Boracay again, I'd definitely want to repeat my stay at this hotel.
