Amazing
GGuest UserWe had a great time enjoying a private experience. Asya provides a peaceful and serene experience with spacious villas and a gorgeous site.
The location secludes itself from the busy part of boracay while still having the privilege of sharing the entire stretch of white beach. You can appreciate the quiet moments here while also having access to boracay’s main scene.
Having stayed here before, I really appreciate staying here for those reasons. Not to mention, the entire staff really takes care of you here.
GGuest UserThis hotel is awesome! It truly felt like visiting grandma for summer vacation, bringing back so much nostalgia. We were very comfortable staying here. We initially stayed in a deluxe room – it was spacious and super! The decor was a bit old-fashioned, but that wasn't a drawback; it was part of its charm. Later, we extended our stay and moved to a standard room, which was also comfortable. It was smaller, of course, but had a more modern interior. However, it didn't have a fridge, which was a downside. All the rooms absolutely match the photos on the website. There's a wardrobe, hangers – everything you need to store your personal belongings. The room was very clean, which is always important to me, especially during long stays. Housekeeping and linen/towel changes are available upon request. The breakfasts were wonderful, hearty, and offered a great selection to suit all tastes. The staff were simply lovely, so kind and ready to help with any questions. The location is also excellent, tucked away (in the middle of the island) at the border of Stations 1 and 2 – you couldn't ask for a more convenient spot; everything is nearby, and there's no noise. Just a heads-up: the hotel doesn't provide tea/coffee sachets or shampoo/toothbrushes, only soap. You'll need to bring all of that with you, especially tea! Finding tea in the Philippines is generally a struggle – it's very expensive in stores and there's not much selection; they even sell it individually! 🙈 Next time I visit this country, I'll definitely bring my own. I've attached photos of the standard room and the breakfasts. I didn't even photograph the deluxe. It's great that all rooms have a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs. The only thing missing for my complete happiness was a kitchen where I could occasionally cook something when I got tired of restaurant food. In short, your place is beautiful, cozy, green, and soulful. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Great
GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
KKhan064I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's cozy, quiet, charming, and was the cheapest option, leaving me with only positive impressions. I will definitely be back!
Pros:
1. It's exactly 400 steps or a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach.
2. Excellent and delicious continental breakfasts.
3. Free daily massage.
4. Welcome drink upon check-in.
5. A clean, cozy hotel where it's always quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a good night's sleep.
6. A 15-minute walk to the best beach on this island – Puka Beach.
7. Only a hostel would be cheaper. This was the most affordable booking option available.
Cons:
1. The shuttle to the center runs infrequently (only in the morning or evening).
2. Remote location from shops and cafes.
3. Few tourists in the immediate vicinity. It feels a bit like being in a local ghetto.
I'm only deducting a point for the infrequent shuttle service to and from the center.
GGuest UserThe hotel is large with beautiful, well-maintained grounds. There's a big swimming pool. The beach is small but very pretty and cleaned daily. There can be waves, so swimming isn't always comfortable.
The room is very spacious, with a kitchen and two huge balconies. Wi-Fi is available.
The restaurant is decent, with tasty food. Breakfast is à la carte, with a choice of American or Filipino, both very delicious.
The staff are pleasant and friendly.
The transfer service is very convenient – you can get a ride to D'Mall or the port every hour.
GGuest UserVery quiet place with its own beautiful and well-maintained grounds. The room is spacious, with a large balcony. Hot water isn't always available, and the Wi-Fi works acceptably. The rooms are clean, but there's no daily cleaning service. It's about a 5-minute walk to Diniwid Beach, but the walk back is up a steep hill. There's a shuttle service to the beach and to Citymall. The breakfasts are very tasty and filling. We were with our child, and they gave him a complimentary plate of fruit and a glass of milk. The staff is very pleasant. There are a couple of good cafes near the hotel. We often went to Kape Drip coffee shop. Sometimes we walked to Citymall.

TTomasz DyrkaIdeal location close to the port and departure terminal, just a few minutes' walk away. From the hotel, there's a nice view of planes loading. There's also a cool beach bar. A bit of bureaucracy during check-in, but I recommend it for a stay before an early morning flight.
HHIRO&MAPOThis time, I came to Boracay and stayed at this hotel! Although it's a bit far from the bustling area, they offer a free shuttle bus to get there. The staff are friendly, it's quiet at night, and the price is quite affordable for Boracay. I'm very satisfied with my stay here! If I ever go to Boracay again, I'd definitely want to repeat my stay at this hotel.
GGuest UserWe booked two rooms and the place was great. Our weekend at taj guesthouse was unforgettable. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk even allow us to early check in even our time to check in is 2 pm we checked in at 12pm🌊. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa. We also loved the bar—perfect for watching the sunset. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. Worth every penny!”
