GGuest UserHi this is maria & talia, giving thanks to the crew working here from belton oct. 5 being lost when i arrived sending me to chancellor using their service van including my luggage. I appreciate that. And then we were greeted with welcome drinks at the lobby and fresh cold towels for refreshment.
When i went inside the room i didn't notice the message on our mirror, am glad they have this kind of training the detailed warmth welcome for their guest and all chancellor crews are working dilligently, rooms are well kept. Chancellor hotel is the latest hotel, my daughter enjoyed the kiddie play area and they have a gym for your happy hormones boost:) they have sundeck and restaurant at the ground floor. I always bought their mushroom soup, quite healthy and big serving. Home made desserts are up for grab til 10pm❤️ thanks for this experience, they gave me the beach view balcony too. Spacious veranda you can see empty lot and nature and their main road goin to entrance lobby.

NNickxinI chose a sea view room, and every day when I opened the curtains, I was greeted by the ocean. The toilet in the bathroom was a smart toilet. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the departure point for island hopping tours. A tuk-tuk ride costs 200 pesos, and it's also a short walk to D'Mall. The only drawback is that there's no table in the sea view room; it would be even better if there was one. On a side note, on my first night, after showering and getting into bed, I felt something poke my back. I reached around and found a fingernail, which I threw into the trash. When I shifted in bed, I found another toenail! I initially thought it belonged to my family, but it didn't. I had no choice but to call the front desk to get the sheets and duvet cover changed. I hope the owner can pay more attention to cleanliness.

KKhan064I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's cozy, quiet, charming, and was the cheapest option, leaving me with only positive impressions. I will definitely be back!
Pros:
1. It's exactly 400 steps or a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach.
2. Excellent and delicious continental breakfasts.
3. Free daily massage.
4. Welcome drink upon check-in.
5. A clean, cozy hotel where it's always quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a good night's sleep.
6. A 15-minute walk to the best beach on this island – Puka Beach.
7. Only a hostel would be cheaper. This was the most affordable booking option available.
Cons:
1. The shuttle to the center runs infrequently (only in the morning or evening).
2. Remote location from shops and cafes.
3. Few tourists in the immediate vicinity. It feels a bit like being in a local ghetto.
I'm only deducting a point for the infrequent shuttle service to and from the center.

GGuest UserThis stay completely exceeded my expectations and was the most satisfying hotel experience on my recent trip. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. It's very tourist-friendly, making getting around a breeze.
The moment I stepped into the room, I was impressed. It was spacious and bright, with a minimalist and clean design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to fall asleep quickly and enjoy excellent sleep quality. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, well-stocked toiletries, and a consistent hot water supply – the attention to detail was spot on. The room had abundant natural light, a great view, and was overall clean, tidy, and odor-free, which made for a very reassuring stay.
The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly and patient in answering any questions I had, making me feel very welcome. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and peaceful, suitable for both relaxation and work.
It offers incredible value for money. The facilities, service, and location are all impeccable and well worth the price. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family. It's a trustworthy and comfortable hotel!

GGelalaI enjoy my stay in this hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk staff on the other side assisted me well even after I asked for a room change. I am not pretty sure of his name, but it was Aldrich, Aldrick? Whatever, the one who assisted me with my luggage during check-in was sooooooo nice; he silently assisted me even during the transfer. A huge thumbs up. However, the staff in the pool was quite rude; he's a bit impatient, and some of the front desk staff are lacking in unity/endorsement. I repeated myself several times to just simply assist my mother. I told them several times that she already registered as my companion, yet one of them told her that the visitor isn't allowed. Even one of them wrote something on the paper; what is it for? Yet in the end, I got disturbed in my work, and my mother even got more confused lol. Aside from that, I requested extra toiletries and coffee, but it takes an hour to arrive; in fact, it didn't arrive at all. Instead, I just approached the housekeeping in the hallway for it. The hotel was good, but the staff, especially the front desk staff, didn't pay attention to their guests' requests or instructions. Only that kind concierge/bellman that helped me during the check-in with my luggage left a good impression when it comes to the staff of this hotel.

But you do need to pass through many stairs to get to the beach and climb back up, but definitely worth the it! Customer service is good, can be better, but it’s good. Overall, I had a great stay for my trip! I got to the get the peace I want away from the crowd.

GGuest UserVery quiet place with its own beautiful and well-maintained grounds. The room is spacious, with a large balcony. Hot water isn't always available, and the Wi-Fi works acceptably. The rooms are clean, but there's no daily cleaning service. It's about a 5-minute walk to Diniwid Beach, but the walk back is up a steep hill. There's a shuttle service to the beach and to Citymall. The breakfasts are very tasty and filling. We were with our child, and they gave him a complimentary plate of fruit and a glass of milk. The staff is very pleasant. There are a couple of good cafes near the hotel. We often went to Kape Drip coffee shop. Sometimes we walked to Citymall.

DDΛVIDΞI recently stayed at Grand Boracay Resort, and its biggest advantage is easily the location. It is probably one of the best locations on the entire island.
Being right in D'Mall means you can walk almost everywhere and rarely need to pay for public transportation or e-trikes.
The Deluxe Rooms are just okay, 6/10 in my opinion. They are spacious enough for 2 to 4 people, which is great for families or small groups. However, the mini fridge was empty, and if you want drinks or snacks, you need to purchase them at the reception near the entrance.
The 2 beds for two people was just about adequate but definitely on the smaller side. It was manageable for a short stay (5-7 days), but couples who prefer more sleeping space may find it a bit cramped.
The curtains provide good privacy, so nobody can see inside the room, but they do not block much sunlight. Also, since many rooms face walkways, you will hear people passing by outside, and the noise can be a bit distracting throughout the day.
Cleanliness was acceptable, around 6.5 to 7 out of 10. The property feels quite old-fashioned and could use some modernization, but that is also reflected in the reasonable room rates considering the prime location.
Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place in the heart of Boracay and mainly need a room to sleep, shower, and change before heading back out, Grand Boracay Resort is a solid choice. If you are expecting a modern, comfortable, resort-style experience with luxurious amenities and Instagram-worthy rooms, this is probably not the right hotel for you.

LLily_jones13Hotel is right next to the airport, we could walk to departures in about 10 minutes. There’s a restaurant outside the hotel with a beach view. There was a power outage that prevented us from using the AC during the day but worked well at night. The water pressure in the bathroom is poor, overall clean and was a convienient stay.

The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk even allow us to early check in even our time to check in is 2 pm we checked in at 12pm🌊. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom felt like a mini spa. We also loved the bar—perfect for watching the sunset. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. Worth every penny!”
