Excellent location. But I recommend you contact directly with them. Facilities well. I treat very well. Breakfast well, it deserves the price. With an extra €15 animal if it is by agency and €10 if it is directly at the hotel.

Great location, few minutes walk from cathedral, old town and great choice of restuarants nearby. Room is clean, sufficient for all my needs. Unbeatable value for it's price.

Pues la bienvenida de la chica que nos atendió cuando llegamos a las 19 de la tarde fue fantástica. Nos ofreció pasteles y gominolas gratis. Por la noche para acceder al hotel, si pasaba más de las 12 de la noche, teníamos que enseñar la tarjeta como que estábamos alojados en el hotel, nos decía que era protocolo. No hicimos consumición de ninguna comida, por lo que de eso no podemos opinar. La limpieza, estaba regular, la habitación aparentaba estar limpia, pero si mirabas bien a los espejos estaban algo sucios, pasan a arreglarte la habitación bastante tarde, ahora eso sí, las camareras de pisos, hacen mucho ruido si te toca al lado del cuarto donde tienen sus útiles de limpieza. A la hora de la salida, la señora que nos atendió para hacer el check- out, un poco seca, porque les pedimos si podíamos dejar las maletas allí en el guardamaleta mientras nos venía el bus a recoger. El hotel nos ofreció paraguas con fianza de 5€, (que nos devolvía a la vuelta al entregarlos)porque nos cogió que nos llovió.

Overall good value stay. Great location, good but not super plush rooms in historic building. Great views. The catering lets this down - dinner limited choice for gluten free, and they still tried to bring me normal bread. Breakfast buffet ok, but not outstanding. Would love to see them do better on this.

The hotel is well the only disadvantage I see is that I should have a refrigerator in the rooms like all hotels in that category If I don't come back it is for the location because I don't know the area I've stayed very far from my workplace But it's not a hotel mistake The hotel is in general great Rooms are comfortable a big telephone thanks The bathroom with shower plate is also thankful and renovated Overall a 10/10

Um sítio bom, sem dúvida. Os quartos têm muito boas condições e conforto, mas longe daquilo que as fotos tentam transparecer. Uma nota de desagrado é a casa de banho não ter porta e ser toda ela open space. Não faz sentido, na minha opinião. Sobretudo pela questão de valor de água e odores, devia ser isolada. Ainda assim uma experiência positiva.

Отличное месторасположение, все рядом. Окно во двор-колодец. Довольно неудобный электронный замок на двери, который срабатывает не сразу и приходится слышать это пресловутое ”дверь открыта” из коридора от соседних номеров.

La experiencia fué muy buena. La habitación amplia, muy limpia y con amenities en el baño. Muy cómoda la cama y sábanas muy suaves. La limpieza perfecta. Desayunamos en la cafetería del hotel, pero no cogimos el buffet y lo que pedimos muy bueno y abundante. Lo mejor de todo fueron las chicas de recepción, todas encantadoras, siempre con una sonrisa y explicándonos visitas, rutas... Especial trato el que tuvimos con Ana que fué muy amable con sus recomendaciones y que siempre fueron muy acertadas. Si volvemos a Ferrol, repetiremos fijo en el Hotel Valencia
