GGuest UserIn Nashville for a concert, this hotel was within walking distance to Bridgestone Arena. Check in was very quick and easy, the room was roomy and clean, and the staff were very welcoming throughout our trip. The hotel itself was beautiful. Will most definitely stay here again next time down in Nashville!

GGuest UserThis location was recommended by a friend. Room was nice, staff were nice, and shuttle (a primary factor) was prompt however did stop at a second Sonesta before heading to the airport. We asked for a quiet room and it was indeed quiet. Pretty spacious room with generous desk space, and comfy couch with pullout bed. I also really loved that the key card booklet included a colorful quick reference guide for amenities and things like wifi password.
Minor gripes - desk chair pretty squeaky; a necklace left on the tub rim from a past guest had rusted; and the duvet looked like it could use a wash (but I also know it’s industry standard that these don’t get washed between guests, which is still a general disappointment).
Overall I would recommend, good for the price (around $110 total for a very last minute booking).

GGuest UserGood location, just a short walk from Broadway. Clean and good breakfast.
Only downside was by the pool area (3rd floor). The furniture looks new, we were sitting there and a gust of wind blew over 2 umbrellas, one snapped iff completely and the umbrella hit me on the head. I reported it to reception and told them that the umbrellas were not strong enough, he wasn't interested and said that they were decorative (why have an umbrella that cannot be used) he also said that I should have reported it to management not him!! On checkout I mentioned it again and the receptionist said that she would get someone to contact me about it but I have heard nothing.

Ssherj102This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind.
I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours.

RReedPWe have stayed here multiple times in the past 5-10 years, so we *thought* we knew what we were going to get.
It's summer in Nashville, so I'm somewhat ok looking the other way with the building and room feeling humid. The room as a whole was fine; comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, fairly comfy chair & ottoman. The minor things are just confusing and concerning that this once Awesome hotel is trending down.
🚪the key card on the door was busted! Sliding in the card was the MOST FINICKY OF ALL TIME, giving us problems. One time the key card slid all the way in, eating the card. Maintenance came to retrieve the card. No fix was made, we were just told to be careful.
🪟 The sunshades behind the window curtain was janky AF, the left side was down but wouldn't move (the cord had been removed and tucked at the top). All while the right was up without a way to get it down, except to pull it. But when I did that, I realized why they had it up and the electric motor turned off... It didn't go all the way down and was shredded. 💧The sink is backwards, hot water to the right & cool to the left. 🌡️ The thermostat was broken. While the room was kept cool, it was uncomfortably cool with it being humid. It was humid enough that the furniture had a tacky feel to it.
Did the room work for us, yes. Were all the small things adding up make us consider that our next trip will be booked elsewhere, also yes.
