Our stay was unexpectedly great! We booked two rooms for four people and the owner upgraded both of them for us. He added us on WeChat beforehand to send us the address, and when we arrived, he was already waiting at the entrance to help us with parking. During check-in, he explained the local tourist routes around the town and the guesthouse, and recommended some fantastic local eateries. We tried them out and can confirm they were truly excellent recommendations! He even sent us the exact locations for each place and helped us rent electric scooters. The guesthouse is new, so the facilities and hygiene are top-notch. All in all, it was an amazing experience!

Very satisfied with the homestay, the front desk was very enthusiastic to take us in. It was a lady who also helped us carry our luggage. When we left, we watched us drive out safely. The service was in place. There was a fruit plate every day. Auntie saw that we liked to eat sunshine roses. We gave it to us, and the room was satisfied and quiet. Sleep well.

Accommodation conveniently located in a quiet street of old Jianshui. The owners have the sense of hospitality: they greet you with tea and fruits, they share grilled tofu with you. They are super friendly, speak Englisgh, are thoughtful and really willing to help. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Jianshui.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this lovely homestay in Jianshui. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, giving us a comfortable place to relax after exploring the town. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short walk or ride to Jianshui's historic old town, the Confucius Temple, and the beautiful Zhu Family Garden. The architecture and local atmosphere were charming, and we felt like we got a real taste of traditional Yunnan culture. Our hosts also provided great suggestions for local food and sights, which made our trip even more memorable. This homestay was the perfect base for discovering the beauty and history of Jianshui. Highly recommended—we would happily stay here again!

The boss family is kind and friendly. At first, the children on the first floor arranged the room did not like it. Later, we directly upgraded the room type and lived on the 3rd floor. There was a balcony with our own. The proprietress must be a person who loves life. She planted a lot of meat on the balcony. She returned to the room at night to look at the scenery outside. It was a quiet and comfortable beauty. The children lived here very comfortably. I liked it.

Super cozy yard very nice person quiet and large room, close to main street and very convenient to everywhere. Thanks for suggestions and helps from the elegant hostel lady, like went back home and saw your grandma and family. Jianshui is also worth to go back many times, time stopped there and addicted to various rice noodles.

We booked this hotel in Jianshui Ancient City through Ctrip. Upon arrival, the lovely owner, seeing that we were older, kindly arranged a large room on the first floor for us. She also recommended several good local restaurants, and bottled water was unlimited. When we accidentally lost our room key while sightseeing, the owner didn't make a fuss or ask for compensation. The owner was very generous and kind; I would recommend her to anyone visiting the ancient city.

I love the homestay so much. Whether it's the decor or the toothbrush and bedding, you can see the owner's care and taste. We booked two rooms, a private bath and a slide room. The private bath room can relieve a day's fatigue, and the slide room can satisfy the children's joy. The location of the homestay is quiet in the bustling city and convenient for transportation. The owner is responsive, patient and gentle. I really enjoy chatting with the owner. It's really nice and makes me feel warm. When I left, it felt like I was leaving a friend's house. Amazing.Words aren't enough to describe how grateful I am to have come to Jianshui and stayed at this hostel. Super clean, comfortable bed and location. All amenities you require are provided. I slept so well every night and conveniently walked or took the public bus to further sights. Not only the facilities are excellent, but the vibe created by the owner and the fellow travellers was so memorable and unique. We had so much fun and happy moments just chatting in the court yard, sharing our experiences and life in general. Everyone was so friendly and generous to share and give tips on everything to see and do This is not just a hostel but a place I will remember and come back often. I discovered a hidden gem of a new hotel in Jianshui! It's newly opened and there's absolutely no renovation smell. The lobby and public areas are elegantly designed, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all the facilities are brand new, including a smart toilet and high-speed Wi-Fi. The cleanliness is impeccable; there's no dust in the corners, the bedding is spotless, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area, making it incredibly dry. There's ample free parking, making parking a breeze if you're driving. The rooms are excellently soundproofed, so it's quiet enough to sleep soundly through the night. The front desk staff are very friendly and quick with check-in and check-out. They even proactively shared Jianshui travel tips and upgraded me to a twin room with a projector. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jianshui, and I've already recommended it to my friends!
