MMs.Chen_Facilities: The room was spacious with a bathtub, and the kids enjoyed their bath.
Cleanliness: There was only one staff member cleaning, which must have been quite a lot of work, but overall the cleanliness was acceptable.
Environment: The overall environment was very nice, with a unique decor and red brick floors, showing the owner's attention to detail.
Service: Someone picked us up from the hotel parking lot and helped with our luggage, which was very kind of them. They even provided welcome fruit. The owner also recommended some good restaurants in the area.

GGuest UserLooking at the online evaluation, I chose Fanqi B&B. On the morning of submitting the order, I received a call from the store to inform the nearby parking lot. I arrived at the B&B that night. The small door face entered the house but there was no cave. The quadruple courtyard has a history of 100 years. The store was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room for us and introduced the historical story of the small courtyard, and provided us with attractions and food guides for visiting Jianshui. The room and bathroom are also very clean, the hot water temperature is also very high, and the breakfast is very rich. Provided according to our requirements, The homestay also provides free Hanfu for taking pictures and barbecue. There are not many tourists traveling on the staggered peaks and found the feeling of home in Fanqi, which made us start a pleasant journey.

GGuest UserWe had a truly enjoyable stay at this lovely homestay in Jianshui. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, giving us a comfortable place to relax after exploring the town.
The location was perfect—peaceful, yet just a short walk or ride to Jianshui's historic old town, the Confucius Temple, and the beautiful Zhu Family Garden. The architecture and local atmosphere were charming, and we felt like we got a real taste of traditional Yunnan culture.
Our hosts also provided great suggestions for local food and sights, which made our trip even more memorable. This homestay was the perfect base for discovering the beauty and history of Jianshui.
Highly recommended—we would happily stay here again!

LLife is Wonderful~I came to Jianshui for a relaxing vacation and stumbled upon this hidden gem (located in the city center, convenient for everything).
After checking in, I felt completely underrated.
In summary, it was amazing~
First, the hotel preserves the ancient architecture of Jianshui's residential buildings, and the decor exudes a mysterious and sophisticated quality. The space is spacious, the furniture and bedding are comfortable, and the cleanliness is exceptional (better than a typical five-star hotel).
It also has comprehensive modern amenities, including a bathtub (with a disposable bathtub cover), a Dyson hair dryer, a gym, and a self-service laundry room (which is incredibly hassle-free).
Second, the tranquil courtyard is truly beautiful; it feels like just spending a day there will transform your mood (both escaping the heat and allowing you to relax and unwind).
The afternoon tea room even has a tea artist (think reading, relaxing, or chatting there would be great).
Third, the human touch: the overall home-like experience—butler-style service. The hotel staff always greets you with a smile (as a person with a personality, their smiles are infectious). Upon entering the hotel, you're greeted with a cup of floral tea and a thoughtful guide to tourist attractions and local cuisine. Next time I come to Jianshui, I will bring my family to stay here 🌹🌹🌹

GGuest UserI love the homestay so much. Whether it's the decor or the toothbrush and bedding, you can see the owner's care and taste. We booked two rooms, a private bath and a slide room. The private bath room can relieve a day's fatigue, and the slide room can satisfy the children's joy. The location of the homestay is quiet in the bustling city and convenient for transportation. The owner is responsive, patient and gentle. I really enjoy chatting with the owner. It's really nice and makes me feel warm. When I left, it felt like I was leaving a friend's house. I look forward to seeing you next time👍🏻

XXiaomonv1234567I'd been looking forward to my trip to Jianshui for so long, and this city is amazing! I even found such a unique hotel.
Environment: My friend and I stayed at Jun Mansion. The environment was great, parking was convenient, and there were charging stations.
Service: Entering the lobby felt like stepping back into the Republic of China era. The receptionists in their cheongsams were stunning. The service was incredibly patient and attentive.
They even arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off in an Alphard car! Wow!
It included four meals a day, which was excellent value for money. Most importantly, the food was delicious and beautifully presented. Perfect for us food-loving and photo-taking girls, haha…
Secretly, the restaurant and rooms are incredibly photogenic. The hotel thoughtfully provided cheongsams for us to take pictures with.

GGuest UserThe quaint courtyard and two-story building are very warmly decorated and have a homey feel. I liked it at first sight. It is located in a small alley beside the east gate of the ancient city. It has easy access and convenient transportation, which is much more convenient than living inside the ancient city. The beautiful boss and her mother are thoughtful and enthusiastic. They take the initiative to pick up and drop off guests and help with luggage, recommend food and travel guides to guests, contact them for shopping and car rentals, provide a lot of convenience, and solve many practical problems for guests. Every time I come back from a trip, seeing the smiling faces of the boss and his mother and hearing their greetings makes me feel the warmth of home. The room is fully equipped, clean, and well-planned. The mattress is very comfortable and the toilet is smart, making it very comfortable to live in. It can be seen that the boss is very dedicated to his work. The daily breakfast is diverse and well-matched. I have been traveling for a month and this is the most satisfying stay. I extended my stay twice.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, with convenient parking. Hanlin Street is just downstairs, and it's surprisingly quiet, making it incredibly convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, and they even ensured it was a non-smoking room for us. It was well-equipped, and the friendly lady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our laundry. Enjoying the ancient city views from the hotel was delightful, making it an ideal spot for hosting friends. Breakfast was plentiful, and the afternoon tea was exquisite. The service staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find.
Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part.
Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist.
the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip.
Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine.
Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest.
Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.
