GGuest UserMy most profound impression of Jianshui was Ting Ziyun, and what impressed me most about Ting Ziyun was Manager Luo.
What does it truly mean for service to exceed guest expectations? What does it mean when genuine warmth surpasses practiced techniques? What does it mean when the emotional value provided completely overshadows any minor flaws? You will profoundly understand all of this at Ting Ziyun.
Indeed, while Ting Ziyun, converted from a magnificent old mansion, boasts impeccable design throughout, its interiors are showing their age and could certainly benefit from an upgrade. Yet, the service team led by General Manager Luo somehow elevates guest satisfaction to an absolute peak, making visitors completely overlook any small imperfections.
The enthusiasm and initiative of every staff member seem genuinely heartfelt. They offer personalized services as if completely oblivious to the cost – truly embodying the simple philosophy of treating every guest like family.
One can't help but wonder how General Manager Luo has managed to instill this service philosophy so deeply into his team's hearts, year after year, detail by painstaking detail. Perhaps his secret lies in leading by example, ensuring strict adherence to standards, and a genuine 'fatherly care' for his team members.
It sometimes makes one reflect on the saying, 'True courtesy can be found even in the countryside.' In Jianshui, a seemingly unassuming provincial town, you witness an individual's journey of growth, refinement, and enlightenment, and experience the nearly flawless operation of a team.
It feels as though a compassionate fate has chosen to reveal profound truths through the life journey of one man – from a humble farm boy, to a demobilized soldier, a security guard, a restaurant manager, and ultimately a hotel general manager. This journey, visible to every guest at Ting Ziyun, declares a powerful message: Goodness is made manifest in this establishment, and goodness resides in the human heart.

The rooms are clean and warm, with complete and modern facilities. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Location: Located in the city, not the ancient city, quiet at night, convenient taxi, to various attractions, about 10 minutes ～ a few good barbecues from the hotel, tried it, it was really good
Facilities: The architectural style combines local characteristics and modern architectural advantages. Quiet, comfortable and soundproof.～ I especially like the simple wooden ～ The way of enclosing fully reflects the advantages of combining nature and architecture. Sitting in the corridor at night can enjoy the moon and the daylight drops. Directly mapped on green plants and sculptures, as if a dynamic painting ～ Before leaving, I took a few sets, and they were exquisite everywhere.

Facilities: The room has bedroom, study, oversized bathroom double washbasin, plus bathtub, and Toto bathroom, smart toilet, plus Dyson hair dryer
Service: A few girls who had to be in advance, dignified and thoughtful, without losing the temperature, patiently gave suggestions ～ The room is also equipped with handwritten cards, and good night desserts.
For the surrounding construction seen in the previous evaluation, for me who sleeps quietly, it is completely unaffected. ～ Maybe one is the soundproofing of the window, and the other is a certain distance. The other party starts work late.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very distinctive, the retro literary style is very appetizing to us, and there is nostalgic supermarket. Overall very interesting, not a boring hotel. The location is also good outside the ancient city, quiet at night. It is very convenient to walk to the main street of the ancient city or take a taxi. The sound in the room can also be Bluetooth and mobile phone to play your favorite music.
Several young ladies at the front desk at the service are very hardworking and responsive.
But there are two things that make the experience not very good:
1) The room smelled of smoke. The front desk lady gave us a room when we checked in and asked us to choose the room with the best view. We didn't change the room when we were in a hurry to go out. The air conditioner and the window were opened to disperse the air. The hotel also sprayed air freshener. It turns out that there is a smell of smoke ~ can change rooms decisively at the beginning. We returned to the room at night. The smell of smoke in the air was gone, but I lay on the bed after taking a shower and was surrounded by the smell of smoke in the bed. I am very sensitive to the smell of smoke, so I am in a bad mood. I don't think it's a service issue, it's a management issue. To smoke, or invest in equipment or in-depth training so that the room can be truly smoke-free.
2) Breakfast is really unsatisfactory. First of all, it is very unacceptable that the dishes and chopsticks are wet. Although they are all placed in the disinfection cupboard, it is obvious that the furnishings are not fully disinfected and dried before they are used by the guests. Secondly, the quality is not good. Fresh or delicious is not done.
The above two points, and then consider that the price of the hotel is not low in the Jianshui market, or the list of hotels, plus the recommendation of many people in Xiaohongshu, people have a big psychological gap.

MM276337****This hotel is absolutely worth experiencing. From the rooms to the common areas, every staff member is incredibly polite to guests. It's a great hotel for road trips, with a convenient parking lot right behind the building. Parking is easy with plenty of spacious spots. The shower has strong water pressure, and toiletries are abundant. Breakfast offers a rich variety of delicious options. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, spacious, tidy, and clean. It's quiet at night with good soundproofing. There's also a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient for doing your own laundry.
Special perk: The hotel offers complimentary car washing, and they do a thorough job – even cleaner than what you'd get at a paid car wash. A special shout-out to the young man who washed our car, thank you! 🙏

AAnonymous User本來衹是到建水一遊，抱着“湊活住一晚”的心態訂了夏朵，結果看酒店評價後出發前又臨時決定多續住一天！
先説位置，簡直是古城裡的“寶藏座標”——離朱家花園、文廟都超近，不用查導航、不用等車，溜達着就能扎進青磚黛瓦的古巷裡，省了超多規劃交通的麻煩。
酒店是新開業的，整棟樓都是專用的，安全感拉滿！走進房間更驚喜，空間寬敞不壓抑，乾濕分離的衞生間很清爽，尤其是洗浴間的掛衣架，細節特別貼心。沙發和茶具質感十足，坐下來泡杯茶，旅途的累瞬間就散了。
服務更是暖到心裏！出發前台小姐姐就微信對接行程，怕我找不到路；剛下動車，居然是老闆親自開商務車來接站，這份待遇真的受寵若驚。餐廳的工作人員也特別親切，像熟人一樣打招呼，完全沒有陌生感。
最要誇的是早餐！居然供應到下午一點，睡懶覺星人直接狂喜！米線、烤豆腐這些本地小吃做得比外麪館子還地道，有建水招牌的原味汽鍋雞，連冬瓜湯都燉得清澈軟糯，每一口都是紮實的暖胃感。
已經分享給朋友們來建水，根本不用猶豫，直奔夏朵就對了！

This stay was a complete surprise! The hotel completely changed my perception of traditional hotels. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the immense care put into every detail.
In terms of hardware facilities, the modern design of the public areas made me feel very comfortable and sophisticated, with no hint of being outdated. The in-room facilities were very complete and comfortable, especially the mattress – it was just the right firmness with excellent support, allowing me to lie down and relax completely, ensuring a super comfortable night's sleep. The whole environment was decorated very warmly, giving a 'welcome home' feeling as soon as you entered.
The service experience was an even bigger bonus. Every staff member had a kind smile, and their service was incredibly warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every step made me feel respected and valued.
Overall, this is a hotel with a beautiful environment and excellent service. I highly recommend it to all travelers seeking quality!

The location is very good, it is especially convenient to travel by taxi and visit the business district. The front desk staff was gentle and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out speed was very fast, and the whole process did not take long to wait. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the pillow comfort was just right, and I slept very well at night.
