The temporary homestay booked during the May Day holiday, I didn't expect the house to be so beautiful and cost-effective. The room decoration is also very careful, it looks very textured, just forgot to take pictures. The boss's service attitude is super good, he will take the initiative to carry luggage, there is fruit to send, get up early in the morning and think that we will catch the high-speed rail and say drive us to the station 👍

Our stay was unexpectedly great! We booked two rooms for four people and the owner upgraded both of them for us. He added us on WeChat beforehand to send us the address, and when we arrived, he was already waiting at the entrance to help us with parking. During check-in, he explained the local tourist routes around the town and the guesthouse, and recommended some fantastic local eateries. We tried them out and can confirm they were truly excellent recommendations! He even sent us the exact locations for each place and helped us rent electric scooters. The guesthouse is new, so the facilities and hygiene are top-notch. All in all, it was an amazing experience!

Sitting in the corridor at night can enjoy the moon and the daylight drops. Directly mapped on green plants and sculptures, as if a dynamic painting ～ Before leaving, I took a few sets, and they were exquisite everywhere. Rooms Facilities: The room has bedroom, study, oversized bathroom double washbasin, plus bathtub, and Toto bathroom, smart toilet, plus Dyson hair dryer Service: A few girls who had to be in advance, dignified and thoughtful, without losing the temperature, patiently gave suggestions ～ The room is also equipped with handwritten cards, and good night desserts. For the surrounding construction seen in the previous evaluation, for me who sleeps quietly, it is completely unaffected. ～ Maybe one is the soundproofing of the window, and the other is a certain distance. The other party starts work late.

The experience is great! The hotel is a characteristic courtyard design, deeply integrating the culture of Jianshui alleys, full of charm. The gym in the store is fully equipped and easy to use, and the meeting room is spacious, suitable for business and leisure. The bedding in the room is high-end and comfortable, and the living environment is very quiet, especially suitable for deep sleep. I belong to the shallow sleep crowd, the room also provides earplugs and blindfolds for free, intimate and practical, sleeps very steadily all night, highly recommended!

A very satisfying experience, very cost-effective, I didn't expect it to be so good before I checked in! Unexpectedly, the hotels in the county are not inferior to the luxury hotels in Kunming. The front desk staff was very nice. I arrived early at 11 a.m. and was given a room. I took the train in the afternoon and was given a late check-out at 13:40. I booked a special large bed room. The room is very newly decorated and well-equipped. The electric windows and electric toilet are very useful. The hot shower was great. I had a big bowl of rice noodles for breakfast. In addition, the location of the hotel is very good, close to the ancient city, only a 10-minute walk away, and a step away from the small train station. All in all, it was a perfect stay. Next time I come to Jianshui, I will stay here again.

The last two days of our trip were spent in Jianshui, and the most satisfying experience was definitely staying at the Home Inn Huayi Hotel! The first impression was one of warmth and relaxation. Free laundry service was also provided in the rooms. The breakfast was varied and quite delicious! Location-wise, it's very convenient to get to the ancient city, Zitao Street, Zhu Family Garden, and other nearby attractions by taxi—all within about 2-3 kilometers! Being near the highway can be a bit noisy, but choosing a room away from the highway is much better.

This was my bad for not checking more closely, but this hotel isn't located inside the ancient city. If you were to come from the train station and then take a bus to the ancient city gate, it's a bit of a walk to this hotel. I believe it'd be a good stay for drivers since there's a parking lot, but not for people without cars. Moreover, there is currently really loud construction right outside the hotel that starts early in the morning, so be mindful of that. Otherwise the room itself is fine, pretty spacious and clean.

The room is very newly decorated, the bed, pillows and quilt are very comfortable, the WiFi is fast, and the boss couple are very nice and enthusiastic. Mom is afraid of the cold, so the boss helped me add a thick blanket (>﹏<) Anyway, you can just go to the boss for anything! Excellent hotel! There are a lot of places to eat near the hotel, and the Qujiang BBQ restaurant is super delicious!

If you drive to Jianshui, you don't have to choose a place near the ancient city. There is free parking near the ancient city. This hotel is about 2 kilometers away from the ancient city and the purple pottery night market by car. It's very close, not on the main road. I live on the 4th floor next to the road. I can't hear the sound of cars when I close the windows at night. It's quite quiet. You can park in front of the hotel, but the parking spaces are limited. However, the security guard can guide you to park for free on the nearby roadside, which is very convenient. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and cute, enthusiastic, patient and meticulous. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is particularly warm and thoughtful in providing the services shown in my photos. The only thing is that the breakfast is average, with not much content, but it is enough.

被別人去年冬天的櫻花航拍吸引來的——茶山、松柏配上冬櫻花，建水棲雲會·雲龍山茶莊園這裏真真是個世外桃源！要是早知道這個避世勝地就好了！ 莊主太會選址了，茶莊坐北朝南，在茶山中間，緊鄰十方大鼎禪寺。雖然必經一段五、六公里的盤山路，但路面平整，路寬足夠兩輛車對向行駛，對於雲貴的駕駛員來説，難度為零！有點難度的山路是去旁邊的紫禁寺，導航是建水雲龍山紫金城，剛夠一輛車通行。 茶莊離玉溪不遠，離建水古城超級近，才二十幾公里。位置在李浩寨和南莊鎮中間的山上，每逢週三李浩寨趕集，週四南莊鎮農貿市場趕集。建水人平時都來茶莊看看風景，喝喝咖啡，遛娃遛狗，休閑休閑。我是遠道而來專程為了看冬櫻花，又不想放過日出日落，選擇住了一晚。 茶莊有一棟兩層樓的茶樓，陳列了各種書籍，除了品茗，還可以揮墨潑毫，喜歡靜心養生的特別適合來這裏。可惜自己咖啡因不耐受，沒口福了。 茶莊既安靜又安全，裝了很多攝像頭。除了露營區和房車，客房分別有兩棟，一棟老樓窗户靠山，價格便宜，乾濕分離，沒有空調，但也有公共觀景露台，夏天納涼應該是不錯的選擇。另一棟新樓東西向，有空調，略貴。東面是個小院子，有一小塘淺水池，倒影也很不錯；西面是茶莊內部通道，相當於停車場了，從露台上可以看到原來茶廠的院子。下午的陽光剛好灑滿床鋪，晚上睡的時候都感覺滿滿的太陽味兒。客房視野蠻好，每一間都有獨立露台，太適合冬天烤太陽了；一樓大床房還額外有獨立小院，夏天乘涼應該特別舒爽。 去了才知道，空調雙床房一共衹有兩間，一間在一樓，一間是二樓的棋牌房，多出一間放自動麻將桌。莊主玥姐又漂亮，人又特別好，幫我免費升了級，特地留了二樓的。房間在最端頭，棋牌室的窗户外正對兩棵櫻花樹，卧房的陽台在最端頭，視野是所有房型裏最好的。推窗見花，心情指數爆棚！ 房間不但面積寬，層高也高，實物跟廣告照片一模一樣，擺設很符合靜心品茶，雖不算新，但乾乾淨淨。看得出來設計得很細心。床不軟，也不是太硬，合適更多的人。房間裏還有晾衣架、小冰箱都很不錯。一次性用品還專門用有logo的布袋裝好，一次性拖鞋底也厚，不過沒有找到馬桶墊。衞生間是玻璃房，我看網絡上是全透明玻璃的，到了發現已經貼上了磨砂層，洗澡的時候就比較有安全感了。洗澡水很燙，看得出來噴頭是後來換過的加壓噴頭，水壓很大且出水又細又密，洗澡超級舒服，就是洗髮水有點不咋好。其實衞生間空間足夠大，這間沒有做乾濕分離就很遺憾，馬桶和帶花紋的捲紙都會被淋濕。好像一共衹有兩間客房沒有乾濕分離吧。洗手枱下的地面上做了擋水板，不過設計得有點問題，路過會被拌到。 我是個很怕吵的人，這裏夜裡超級安靜——如果自己關掉空調，隔壁也關掉的話。 莊主的姐姐霞姐負責打理民宿，服務也太周到了！很耐心的介紹哪裡看日出日落，哪裡看櫻花最好；吃飯的時候被要求調電視，馬上放下碗筷去調；很晚了感覺被子有點薄，怕關了空調半夜會冷，打電話給霞姐，立即送了兩床珊瑚絨毯子來——才知道被子原來是鵝絨的，所以看起來輕薄，實際上很暖和。住過無數酒店，這個價位的房間，鵝絨被還是第一次遇到。莊主真是捨得下血本呢！枕頭芯大概率也是鵝絨的，還貼心的配了兩種規格，衹是都偏軟了點。 廚房是位樸實勤快的大姐負責餐食。可以吃鍋子和燒烤。泉水雞其實是清湯火鍋，雞肉很嫩。霞姐特意囑咐放了黃精。小鍋兩個人吃了兩頓才吃完，而且第二頓更入味。大姐現從地裏摘了很多菜，外表都是有蟲眼的生態菜，給我的都是靠菜心的部分，且吃起來很甜。早餐是八點半到九點半，有幹米線、麪條，雞蛋和蒸紅薯。雞蛋一口咬下去，就知道相當新鮮；紅薯軟糯香甜，不虧是山裡才挖的。 開車到山頂核桃園上面也都看得到日出日落。不過為了方便，七點起來走兩步到隔壁寺廟前，寫着南牆的觀景台就能看日出——可惜全霧！到中午十一點才差不多散去，無比遺憾。做早餐的大姐説頭一天一早就是大太陽，她都看到日出了。山上的天氣瞬息萬變，憑我多年看日出未果的經驗，這種事情就衹能全憑運氣了，相比日落機率要大得多。第一晚在紅薯地看的日落又缺一點點雲不夠美，不過也算是看到了。 茶山上的櫻花雖不如南澗縣無量山櫻花谷和普洱的，但這裏勝在離城近，隱祕、幽靜、小眾。20251210剛好來對了時間，櫻花正開，後面一週時間就是盛花期，聽説再往後就要開始謝了。霞姐説這裏的櫻花都是自然生長的，衹是今年雨水頗豐，導致茶園裡的雜草長得太旺，已經打了三次，還是有點蓋住了茶景。雲龍山雖然松樹很多，但如果打理得再好些，前景不可限量！ 其實茶莊的亮點是觀景台，觀景台可以遠眺建水城，白天喝咖啡、烤太陽，夜晚數星星、看夜景，不過早晚温差很大，需要穿厚點。觀景台有各式各樣的座位，隨便拍都能出片。建議多增加點懶人沙發，兩天我都沒搶到，別人躺着就不肯挪窩。最爽應該就是躺在上面，背靠樹蔭，沐浴着暖陽，呼吸着大山裡的負離子，眼裡衹有雲海和山景，發發呆，遠離喧囂，真正的放空自己，真想一直待在那裡…
