Amazing
GGuest UserI really liked this hotel. It has a beautiful Baroque style, and the chocolates they deliver every night are delicious. The service was prompt. The location is excellent; you can walk to most of the main attractions. We'd often walk to Charles Bridge at 7:30 AM, just a 10-minute stroll, to avoid the crowds and take photos freely. Then we'd head to the National Library to buy tickets, return to the hotel to enjoy a relaxing courtyard breakfast and rest, before leisurely setting out again.
GGuest UserAlthough the building and service were all good, it wasn't worth the money and we found the small room and lack of facilities disappointing. When we arrived they asked us to pay again, as they couldnt find our payment from Trip.com for our reservation. A couple hours after check-in we were told the pool and sauna would be closed for the whole stay. We paid specifically the high price because they offered pool and other facilities. We got no compensation for the inability to use the pool and sauna, and they suggested we could get for a spa treatment at 30% discount, which of course we still would have had to pay a lot of money for. We felt like we should have got some money back for the lack of facilities.

Great
JJohnny B GoodNice big rooms, and big beds, relatively comfortable beds. Location is ok with 2 supermarkets very nearby. Hilton hotel is directly opposite. Most tourist attractions are not very far away. There is a good Chinese restaurant called Moon in Prague, around 9-10 minutes walk away.
The curtains let in light a bit from the top all night. The shower is not good it's very squashed, i could barely turn around in the shower and the hand held showerhead is low, a lot of water goes out of the shower area onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom sink is good with a big counter.
Prague is a more lively and active city that Budapest, especially at night. We liked the Mucha exhibition, although not many artworks, because we are fans of art nouveau.

BBimbbaSomehow there was a mix-up with our booking via Trip.com where they were unaware that our booking includes 2 kids and hence a sofa-bed. This was however, immediately rectified by customer service. The breakfast was amazing (even had porridge to cater to Asian guests!). The location is also great where you are only 10min away from Old Town. For shisha / hookah lovers, there is a great cafe which is a 4mins walk right behind the hotel.
This is highly recommended.

XXiaoyadaochukankanThe location is convenient, within walking distance to both the train station and the Old Town. The Powder Tower and the concert hall are right across the street. There's a free happy hour daily, and free coffee is also available, though unfortunately, my alcohol intolerance prevented me from fully enjoying it. Freshly made omelets are offered for breakfast. My only dissatisfaction was that the actual room type and facilities were completely different from what was stated on Trip.com. I booked a standard room for single occupancy, but the room I actually stayed in, as shown in picture 1, bore no resemblance to the 13 photos and facilities (which included a deep soaking tub) listed for a standard room on Trip.com. There was no bathtub at all. Instead, it was identical to the single room photos in picture 2 (though the bed size was a double). The actual area felt more like 20/21 square meters, rather than the 22-27 square meters advertised for a standard room. While this might be due to unclear information on the website, it was misleading. If these were the actual dimensions and facilities, I would have been better off booking a single room directly, which would have been cheaper for a solo traveler.

Location: From Central Station, it takes about 12-15 minutes to walk, or you can get there within 10 minutes by subway.
It only takes ten minutes to walk to the Old Town area. There are many supermarkets nearby.
Service: The service is very good. I booked other days on other platforms, and the staff will take the initiative to arrange the same room without having to check in again. In addition, I set off from Budapest to Prague. When I arrived, it was already 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The hotel staff also provided warm service and introduced the attractions.
Facilities: Breakfast is provided, which is delicious (better than many restaurants outside)
The gym room is very large and has sufficient facilities

TThingolStayed at Hotel Olsanka for 1 night in April. The hotel is nice with spacious twin rooms. If getting the tram to the hotel from the city centre, Google maps often suggests you get off at Lipanska, however, there is a tram stop right outside the hotel entrance (olsanka namesti). The hotel suffers from a lack of vending machines (actually there was one, but it was out of order) making late night drinks difficult...
The hotel offers sauna swimming and fitness activities, but we didn't make use of them so can't provide useful comments except I believe they come at an extra cost.
Breakfast was okay - not a lot of options, but some basic products, coffee, tea and juice
EE D M U N DSuper affordable and easy to get to for its price. Very friendly staff and very safe place to stay. don't expect too much since its a hostel but everything is what you needed for a few nights stay with your friends.
PPTRTerraThe room is particularly clean, the facilities are complete, the room size is right, the hotel environment is very good, there is a fountain at the door, there are many cherry trees in the small park not far away, unattended, there are bars, billiard halls, swimming pools, restaurants, etc., parking lot is also quite good. Traffic needs to walk a few hundred meters to the main road to have trams, buses.
GGuest UserThe hotel room itself was better than expected for the low price (Block C). The breakfast is basically okay (increase is possible) - but: breakfast until 10 a.m. but the buffet was already cleared away at 9:15 a.m. while we were still having breakfast. When I asked about this, we were told that there is a second breakfast room and there is something else in it, we are welcome to continue having breakfast there (?). We only stayed in the hotel for one night and it was a disaster!! During the night, another guest from Block B across the street made a lot of noise from his open window, shouting and singing until about . 3am!! On the 2nd floor of Block C (below us) there were a lot of young people who imitated the one from Block B (including shouting duels between the blocks) and were terribly loud (screaming with the guy from Block B as well as singing, growling including a sound blaster on). Window. I also went to the reception during the night to complain, I was told there was security who would take care of it. But they remained invisible. I was able to successfully convince the young people myself at 2 a.m. to behave appropriately. The guest from Block C continued on its own but was no longer so audible through our closed window.
