Hotel is a little dated, but rooms have everything you need. We bought the breakfast and it had everything we expected.

The hotel has a good location and a good breakfast, with options of fruit, cereals and some local food. But the comfort and service of the staff in general left something to be desired. The room is an adequate size, but the bed is uncomfortable, a little hard, and makes a lot of noise when moving during the night. The bathroom is small and the shower space is even smaller, with a plastic curtain, which makes it very difficult to use as water easily runs into the bathroom and the curtain sticks to the body of the person taking a shower. The service at the reception was a little harsh, appearing to have some inexperience in dealing with tourists, which contrasts with the receptivity and courtesy that we identified in people in Prague, in general. For this reason, we believe it is not the best cost-benefit for the city. Prague is a beautiful, happy and lively city. Certainly when we return we will look for a more comfortable and better rated hotel.

Shouldn't we notify by e-mail in advance about the special policy of receiving only the city tax in cash if we are going to receive foreign guests? I didn't understand common sense that only the city tax was paid in cash while other paid services and water could be paid by card. Thanks to this, the bank cuts out the fees :) Not recommended for those who don't like using cash. In addition, I do not use a card key and use a regular key..
