Train transportation in the city is very convenient. We got off at flixbus Florence and took the train from there to the stop 2 minutes away from the hotel. Hotel furniture was old but generally clean, sheets and bathroom were clean. Hot water comes immediately. We chose the hotel because it had breakfast, but the breakfast was inadequate. I expected the pastries to be better. Hot products were also insufficient. The best feature was the filter coffee. If you don't have much expectations, it's an affordable and average hotel.

Hotel had all amenities and rooms were spacious and clean. Very nice stay and a delicious breakfast, extensive and fresh and other tasty sandwiches & pastries every day. The hotel was further from the center, about a 20-minute walk, but that made it quiet in the evening :) The staff at the desk was fine, but not that cheerful. Thanks for the stay!

This is a hotel with very high expectations, but it was the most uncomfortable to live in. I was given a room at the end of the hotel and the room type was strange and slanted, and the space was very limited. There is no picture that looks spacious. I was given a room on the 1st floor. There is a tram under the window next to the main road. I didn’t change the room because I lived in a hurry. The sound insulation is terrible. I was woken up by the rumbling sound of the train every morning and night. It was a collapsed stay experience. The only good thing is that the breakfast is still very rich, and the coffee is delicious. Overall not very recommended.

Very comfortable hotel, pleasant living atmosphere, there are many trams within 100 meters outside the hotel, the traffic is very convenient. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is plentiful. There is also a park nearby, you can take a walk

It was a good hotel. The room was big and clean. Maybe a bit overpriced but we were there during New Years so thar might be why. The beds were a bit too hard for my liking but still okay. The breakfast was decent. Nothing special.
