The room and view were nice. The boss is also nice. But the service staff were all indifferent and did not smile. Not a word was said from start to finish when we were shown to our room. Every time I enter or leave the lobby, the service staff just stare or do their own thing without saying hello or smiling. Service staff training needs to be strengthened.
