The staff warned us multiple times about the poor soundproofing, but we actually didn't hear our neighbors at all at night, just some car noise from outside. In the morning though, we could hear the people next door talking and the housekeeping staff cleaning. 🤣 The bathroom was just okay, with a slight drain smell. The hotel only provides a 2-in-1 shower gel, and there's no shelf to put your own toiletries on. First time encountering a hotel where the drinking water tastes just like home – big thumbs up! 👍🏻"

The strong smell persisted even after I asked the front desk to clean the room the next morning. Furthermore, the room facilities were very old. The TV had poor picture quality and would turn off automatically."

"This is a wonderful hotel located right off the shore of the beautiful Renyitan Dam. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk where you can watch the sunrise early morning! The hotel lobby is gorgeous and room is clean and roomy. There are loaner bikes available right at the entrance of the hotel. The women’s spa is closed for renovations at the moment but there is a game room where family with kids can enjoy a variety of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated probably due to low occupancy. The breakfast buffet is only available when there are tour groups staying at the hotel. This was my second time staying here this month and I really enjoyed it."

"The hotel staff were incredibly warm and chatty. I almost missed the last train up the mountain, and with only ten minutes to spare, they even drove me to the station on a motorcycle! They were also very patient in answering all my questions. The hotel is located inside the park, and considering the park prices, it's quite acceptable. It's super convenient for watching the sunrise, hiking, and stargazing. Basic facilities are complete, and the single room is pretty much just a bed. The cleanliness is what I'd call 'camping level.' However, since I barely slept anyway because of stargazing and sunrise, it was acceptable. I'd consider staying at this hotel again next time."

"The hotel has good management level, beautiful scenery, surrounded by tea mountains, between Fenqihu and Alishan, and has a very good location. My family said that they didn’t take pictures of the lavender sea of clouds several times when they went up the mountain, but we did 👍"
