Superb, but the soundproof is bad. Soundproof is good on train noise but you may hear the noise from other room especially when they open/close door. Lucky there is still quiet when I was staying.

Superb service and location. Very nice bath room and all using Dyson products solid stay!!!

The hotel location is good with a nearby AEON mall where you can buy and eat.  The room is tidy.  You can collect all stuff at the lobby.  There is a small portable massage device at the room for use.   A self-service coffee bar is there.  The only one that I free disappointed is a few car park area.  I need to drive my car away the hotel for a 5-10 mins walk.

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff, even like for Japanese standards. Good breakfast. Very close to the train station and close to Makuhari Messe.

In Tokyo, it's very good! It exceeded expectations. This time, because I was transiting from Tokyo to Sendai, I booked this hotel under the guidance of my relatives in Tokyo. The hotel staff are always polite and greeted with a smile! After checking out, I walked around the shopping mall next door and had a lot of food.

When you walk out of Keiyo Subway Makuhari Toyosa Station, you will see the hotel. There is facial mask, bath powder, bath tablets, and lotion on the 1st floor. All kinds of things are very convenient. The service at the counter is very good. There is also AEON shopping next to it. The mall is very convenient for shopping. I will definitely choose here again next time! 

I stopped by on a business trip and had a pleasant stay with the clean facilities and room. However, the only regret was that there were no good places to eat nearby other than Aeon Mall.

Good location, the station is right outside, and it's very convenient to go to Lala Arena to watch live shows. Full facilities, washing machine and vending machine on the second floor The bed is big and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious The breakfast is delicious

It's right near the station and has a new, beautiful exterior. The room was clean, and the amenities were of high quality, so I was very satisfied. I had a wonderful time.

New JR station, new hotel, new Aeon mall! As soon as you exit JR Makuhari Toyosa, you will find the hotel. Cleaning supplies are available for self-service in the lobby, and the samples of Sekkisei are very useful. The high-rise rooms have sea views and the sunset is beautiful. Next to the hotel is the Aeon mall, the second largest in Japan. The Grand mall spans to Makuhari Seaside Station, and we also visited the Mitsui outlet on the way.
