This hotel has a location. The location next to Chiba Station is convenient for travel, and there are restaurants and convenience stores next to the hotel.
For inside the room everything is good except cleanliness because I still found other people hair inside the toilet.

If you are traveling with children, I would not recommend staying here. The room is stuffy and noisy. There are several large air conditioners facing the room next door, which makes it hard to sleep. The service attitude is also problematic. At the beginning, you are asked to fill in whether you have a home in Japan, and foreigners are required to fill in Japanese information. It is annoying to stay here. If you don't mind the money, find another hotel.
