酒店離JR千葉站走路需要13分鐘，提著行李是有點小遠。不過面對中央公園還是令人很舒服的。
老酒店的房間都比較大些，設施上就會陳舊些，洗臉盆已經有歲月的痕跡。廁所的沖水系統也有點不順暢，沖一次水後衛生紙竟然會回流回來，只好再沖一次🤣
酒店附近有很多餐廳，離千葉神社走路只要6分鐘，酒店退房前可以順道去參拜。
另外看到 sky train覺得很新奇，車廂是掛在軌道下方😎

這麼大的三井花園酒店
竟然.....
沒有瓶裝水
沒有咖啡機在lobby
房間也沒有咖啡包
沒有吸煙室
小包裝乳液洗面乳等在備品區沒有，要向櫃檯要，有點小氣。
以上都落後給太多小旅館
距離鬧區不算遠
但大部分旅館比他近
價格倒是便宜一點
早餐可以但竟然沒有粥，稀飯。

景觀飯店。2024年4月假日入住三人房(3小床)，房間寬敞，乾淨舒適。空調為中央空調，無法設定冷氣或暖氣，也無法設定溫度，只有關閉、弱、中、強，四個選項。洗手台有裂縫，使用時要小心；建議飯店要把這個裂縫修補起來。窗戶不能打開，無法讓外面新鮮空氣進入。客房分佈在12樓到16樓，窗景遼闊。櫃檯人員可用英語溝通。早餐為自助式Buffet，菜色普通，生菜沙拉區有幾樣水果；取餐用餐區不大，用餐人數又很多，顯得有些擁擠。
