The front desk service is very good
But the efficiency of valet parking needs to be improved. It took about 20 minutes for the bus to arrive.
The rooftop bar is not open in winter. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

cozy, small hotel in a good area, close to everything. the rooms have everything you need, a coffee machine, wine glasses, a minibar, a refrigerator, slippers, bathrobes and the necessary toiletries. From the window of the suite, a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. the cleaning was daily, but not perfect, there was a lot of dust in the corners on the floor and on the furniture, but it was a wonderful stay and the overall impression of the hotel did not spoil. I will stop in the future.

The location is good because it is located in downtown, and the facilities were clean and good because it was recently remodeled.
The staff are also very friendly!!

All of the staff are very charming and attentive. The rooms are very well-appointed. The beds and pillows are just luxurious. The room uses a very intelligent lighting system, which can be set for daytime or relaxation, and can all be turned on and off with a single switch - brilliant! The chocolate croissants at the hotel's restaurant, Somerset, are to die for!

The hotel and the staff are great. Mark did a fantastic job welcoming us and taking care of our luggage. This was our second time coming to Chicago and staying at this hotel. Viceroy never disappoints!

The service and the people were absolutely amazing, I can say say without a doubt that was the best customer service we have ever received !!!!!! But I would like to point out 3 people that just blew my mind and they went above and beyond unfortunate I don't remember their names. I was a beautiful african American lady at the service desk and two Hispanic gentlemen, one that helped us with the suitcases and the other with our vehicle. I am German and American service has always been a bit superficial to me but these three people were so sincere in their service and friendliness it was just absolutely amazing. Please extend my deepest gratitude and thank u for being a part in our vacation .

Fantastic hotel, we stayed for 3 weeks and not a single issue throughout our time there. A home away from home. Beautifully decorated, fantastic bathroom, provided a kettle upon request. Had a very comfortable stay & would recommend to anybody visiting Chicago.
