房間對兩個人而言真的太小，但衛浴空間很足夠。房間也整理得很乾淨。
所有的事情都在線上完成，而且回應得非常迅速。
完成住宿登記後會收一筆壓金押金，這點在網頁上沒有揭露。

Unique private bunker room. Love to hotel quality but not on the strict 3pm check-in time and deposit/tax!!

It was the worst experience!
I had a long international flight and arrived to hotel late night at 3Am, but they said there are no places, even if I paid in advance for 2 days including the day before my arrival.
At the end, they could not make a refund and offered only money back for 1 day.

La primera habitación que le dieron era pequeña y oscura, pedí una más iluminada porque me quedé varios días y me movieron a una espetacular. Lastima que van a desactivar la cocina porque es un espacio muy bueno. La comunicación es buena pero necesitas de internet para acceder a la app y hablar con un agente.

I’m on the fence about the idea of never having to interact with an actual hotel staff. Everything was electronic, I both liked it and found it weird. Would do again though.
