The toilet in my room had warter leak a little. Cleaning staff should have noticed this matter.

Wonderful stay. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Restaurant 312 was fabulous. Right next door to cadillac palace theatre where we saw a show. Reasonably priced. 5 *s.

Truly a nice hotel. It's an old hotel but has been kept up nicely such that nothing feels dated. Location is great. Hotel staff was super nice. One gets a voucher for a nearby restaurant and arguably the nicest touch is the complementary bottle of Pinot Noir in the room - very nice touch. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. It is conveniently located in downtown Chicago. The staff at the reception were very responsive and polite. Ms Hetal and Mr Emmanuel responded immediately to a request for a coffee machine and for refills of the coffee pods. I was a little disappointed that the staff at the street level did not help with the suitcases even though I had a cast on my foot.
