The toilet in my room had warter leak a little. Cleaning staff should have noticed this matter.

Amazing Location! Very easy to get from/to the O’Hare airport, as well as all the main businesses and attractions nearby the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, with special shoutout to Hetal at the front desk! The hotel has classic charm - amenities include free coffee/tea, iron, blow dryer, shampoo/soup, wifi, gym, etc.

The room was okay, but the light switches are nowhere near the lights and are awkward to use. Considering the price, the hotel has little to offer outside of a room; outside of coffee in the lobby, there are no amenities to speak of.
At least the people in the hotel are very nice.

Hetal helped me through a check in date issue that was likely my fault. Made for a pain free stay. A nice, quality hotel with solid amenities and good food. Definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in downtown Chicago. Easy walk to many sights.
