I arrived at the hotel at two o'clock and was told that check-in would be at three o'clock. During this period, people kept checking in early. The two front desk staff were laughing loudly and even used words like "shut up". After waiting until about three o'clock, I was given a room on the second floor with a window facing the fitness center across the road. Unable to bear it, I contacted a Ctrip specialist to ask for a room change. I finally checked in at 4:30 pm. Thank you Ctrip specialist for your support! As the front desk staff and the face of the hotel, they have neither professional qualities nor respect for the guests. They are very disappointed!

The beauties at the front desk are all very gentle and kind. The room is clean, spacious and bright. The mattress, quilt and pillows are moderately soft and hard. I slept well! The food in the restaurant is also very good, the daily soup, hash, and omelette are all great!
