"Location is good especially 5mins walk to the Grand subway station and it’s in the Shopping Loop. Room facilities is not that good, hair blower plug is shaky unable use. Towels not provided as per paid occupants. Need to request. Unable to do the make up for ladies as the Sensor entrance light is too dim."

The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, and breakfast can be upgraded using the provided credits for a small extra charge, which is much better than the cafe. The location is convenient and safe, perfect for taking a boat tour or strolling along the river."

"I was so pleased with my stay at the Hotel Saint Clair. I arrived in Chicago very early and they allowed me to check my bag until check in. After a morning of exploring, I came back to the hotel tired from traveling and they were able to get me in my room an hour early. The room was cozy and clean. Great location, friendly staff, I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent location right on the Magnificent Mile. The hotel is set in a historic building with beautifully maintained common areas. The rooms are simple and comfortable, though some features could use an update. The front desk service, however, could be improved. I requested slippers every day during my four-night stay: on the first night (at 5 a.m.) I was told (not very politely) that the hotel didn’t provide them, while on the following nights I was assured they would be delivered to my room, which never happened. Overall, a great location and charming property, but the consistency of the service needs attention."

"The hotel is in a convenient location and the price is relatively affordable. Upon check-in, they offered cookies, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. However, the room facilities were quite outdated, and the air conditioning was very noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the bathroom floor lacks an extra drain, so when showering, water tends to spill out of the bathtub, and cleaning it up is a hassle."

"The hotel was very clean & the bed was super comfy! Check in was easy & they let us check in early which was very helpful. The door man at the bottom of the elevator seemed a little judge mental. We just wanted to go to the bar after attending the baseball game but he treated us like we weren't guests of the hotel, that was a little off putting but the bartender was wonderful!"

"In the hotel in 2022, check-in and check-out are self-service, the room is small but very new, the pad controls the room equipment, the location is in the city center, and the price is basically satisfactory."

"The hotel is ideally situated on a vibrant boulevard and close to the 360 Observation Deck. It offers excellent public transport access, and the area feels very safe. The rooms were spotlessly clean. My only minor quibble is that the accessible shower lacks a door, which results in the entire bathroom floor getting completely soaked after a shower. Otherwise, everything was excellent."
