Perfect hotel to discover Chicago. Located in the river north area with restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. Well connected to the airport and a 15-minute walk from the riverwalk.

This was my first time traveling to Chicago or staying at this hotel.Overall, it was ok expected more because of the brand name they represent. Breakfast ok, channel selection or apps on T.V unavailable & the restaurant was closed. I wasn't aware of a $150 deposit. That should have been presented during booking.
