Stayed here again and had a fantastic experience, extended my stay once more. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to walk to nearby restaurants, the Chicago Riverwalk, and Trump Tower. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The room is spacious and bright, the equipment is very new, but the air conditioning is very poor, there is no parking space, valet parking costs 65 US dollars a night, I will not stay again

Excellent location right in downtown Chicago, close to most attractions including the Bean. Clean and spacious rooms and clean baths. Would stay again. Excellent value for money.

This was my first time booking this hotel through Trip.com, and the environment was excellent, especially the staff – every single person was incredibly friendly. I usually don't like going to Chicago because I always feel it's unsafe, but I went for a graduation ceremony with some students. Staying here felt convenient and safe. Trip.com's service was also very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chicago. It's super convenient for shopping and getting to other places.

Pretty good, mainly because it's affordable. The location is excellent, very close to Starbucks. As for the room, the bathroom and sink are small. Also, the room isn't cleaned daily; you have to specifically request it in advance if you want service.

This is one of the most satisfying and value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in the US. I would definitely choose it again. There are many pros: The decor is very new, with fully automated curtains and lighting. The service is also good. The elevators are always available, no waiting. Many places are within walking distance. Every room has a kitchen and microwave. Free breakfast every day, etc. Let me elaborate on the cons: 1) The deposit is $100 per night, with a maximum of $500. Although the deposit was refunded quickly, $500 is indeed a bit high. 2) I was often woken up by the sound of police cars and ambulances on the street in the middle of the night. I understand that city security is generally poor at night, but light sleepers might be bothered by this. 3) At 3 AM, just before checkout, the front desk suddenly called to say there was a dessert delivery for our room. I was woken up for no reason. Of course, the next day, the front desk couldn't find any record of it and just offered a casual ”sorry.” 4) Although there are bedside lamps in the room, all the ceiling lights are spotlights and their brightness cannot be adjusted. Sometimes it feels so bright it hurts my eyes. 5) The breakfast selection varies slightly each day, but there's always a queue. If you go down late, some items will be gone.

Very nice and welcoming staff. The room was older but kept up ok. The mattress was softer than what we are used to. But it was still ok. The continental breakfast is acceptable - nothing special, the usual high sugar, high carb diet.

A wonderful hotel, located in the city center. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, which is important to me. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was very beautiful, clean, and equipped with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The view from the windows was amazing; I admired the city at night. I would happily stay at the hotel again on my next trip.

This hotel located in the heart if the downtown gives an easy access to various attractions in the area like Millennium Park, Navy Pier, River walk, and a stroll around the magnificent architectures around. Room was clean, and breakfast was decent. Overall, a great stay.

Very good, but it happened to be the New Year's Day, and the special noise outside was heard in the middle of the night. The restaurant is very good and the service is nice. It's just that the security allowed on the night of the welcome was a bit too much, which was not very comfortable.
