We had a wonderful stay at Warwick Allerton Chicago. The location is perfect—right on Michigan Avenue, making it incredibly convenient to explore downtown Chicago. Most of the city’s famous attractions and popular restaurants are within walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The bed was cozy, and we had a pleasant stay throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a hotel with an excellent location and easy access to everything, I would definitely recommend Warwick Allerton Chicago.

Very good, but it happened to be the New Year's Day, and the special noise outside was heard in the middle of the night. The restaurant is very good and the service is nice. It's just that the security allowed on the night of the welcome was a bit too much, which was not very comfortable.

There's a gap under the door, so I could clearly hear conversations and noises from the hallway. There are only two elevators, and they get very crowded in the mornings. On the morning I checked out, one was out of order, which was quite inconvenient. The location is excellent and convenient for getting anywhere.

The hotel was located near a mall and many luxury branded shops, going to places and back was easy with public transport if you get a Ventra card in advance. The hotel room itself is nothing like the pictures shown on the listing. The room was very dull and gloomy looking with having to rely on the lamps to light up the room. When I entered into the room with my fiancé we both felt started feeling very itchy laying on the bed and was coughing. We checked that the air vents was very dusty and turned it off, when we did it helped but we had no way to warm the room up if we wanted to. The bathroom itself was filled with dust on lights and the frame of the mirror. The stay was okay, but not worth the amount of money spent.

A wonderful hotel, located in the city center. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, which is important to me. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was very beautiful, clean, and equipped with all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The view from the windows was amazing; I admired the city at night. I would happily stay at the hotel again on my next trip.

fThe hotel is quite new, clean and tidy inside, the soundproofing is a little poor, and the service staff is very friendly. The hotel is in a good location, close to Navy Pier, One Mile and Century Park. The breakfast variety is also OK.

Very convenient location in downtown Chicago. Walking distance to lakeshore and navy pier. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The room is modern and spacious.

This was my first time booking this hotel through Trip.com, and the environment was excellent, especially the staff – every single person was incredibly friendly. I usually don't like going to Chicago because I always feel it's unsafe, but I went for a graduation ceremony with some students. Staying here felt convenient and safe. Trip.com's service was also very helpful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chicago. It's super convenient for shopping and getting to other places.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right on the Magnificent Mile, making it incredibly convenient for both dining and shopping. Navy Pier is also just a short distance away. Parking can be pre-booked; we paid just over $80 for two days, which was significantly cheaper than parking on-site.

Super hotel can't see a lot of views, but the price is good and the overall decoration environment is highly recommended The hotel is new, especially the toilets and bathrooms are new Hotel parking is more expensive. There is a coco pazzo cafe on the opposite side of the hotel. There is a valet parking at the restaurant. There is a sign at the entrance. Picking up the car is a bit slow, everything else is fine When I went to Chicago last time, I parked in the parking lot of the open-air interpark .... The car was stolen by someone ... so be careful of thieves
