Stunning location and the service from the staff had me at hello! Nikali was warm, welcoming, and super knowledgeable! The rooms are cozy and luxe, you will want to move in permanently! Quick access to Michigan avenue, a beautiful park, and all of downtown Chicago staples!

I love the Le Meridian line in general, but Nikali at the front desk here was very especially helpful and a joy to talk with. She was very curious of my time and made sure to explain things thoroughly and clearly. And shes funny too!

I booked this hotel for a week away with my partner and we really wanted to get a room with a view of the sunrise since we are early risers. Luckily as soon as we arrived we were greeted by Markel and Nikali and Markel not only made sure we got a room with a view but he also upgraded us to one of the nicest rooms on the property and gave us drink vouchers to make our special day even more special. Thank you Markel for your willingness to go above and beyond to benefit your guests, truly one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time!

I had the most amazing time this weekend. I owe it all to Le Meridien. A person energy is everything to me. The hospitality at this hotel is top tier. Thanks to Ro and Kiera for the amazing check in. I Stayed on the 14th floor with the Grant Park and water view and it was breathtaking. Thank you to Nikali and Leah for giving my ideas on places to go eat and enjoy myself. Nikali thanks for making sure I was ok everytime you seen me

Service was excellent at check in, restaurant and room service. Markei at the front desk was especially friendly, efficient and good with follow up. I was having trouble with the AC and he took care of it right away. I will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay! Nikali at check in was amazingly accommodating, a great service-oriented Hotel! Lovely location, not too crowded, restaurant on site. Would definitely stay here again. Staff are all smiles and always available to assist. Looking forward to returning to Chicago to start here again.
