The room is quite old. The location of the hotel is very good. It is on the Magnificent Mile, basically next to the water tower. Many rooms are connecting rooms, which is not good. The lounge is not open on weekends. You can have a buffet breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor. , much better than the lounge.

Not as good as expected. Didn’t seem the Front desk co-ordinate with guests rooms available to move in as promised, long hours delay in getting rooms ready for us.
