I would definitely recommend this place to my friends n family who want to visit Chicago. Great location and the facility is very well maintained and quite valuable for what I’m paying for. Two blocks away from Michigan Avenue and located in the MM area. Public transportation is accessible in all forms.

Loved the location and ambience of the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative for me was the bed..very uncomfortable

Great hotel and location! The only complaint is the valet parking is often blocked during the day due to large trucks. However, there is a garage across the street so it wasn’t that bad.

I was not told in advance that you had to pay extra for parking or that they were going to hold $100. Because of this, I was unable to stay because the extra charges were outside of my budget. I ended up driving 12 hours home and missing my conference due to lack of communication. I will be choosing a different hotel next time I have to go to Chicago.

The hotel is in pretty good location close to all the things you need in the city and all the fun places. The service people are incredibly nice and helpful. Coffee is served in the morning.

Dirty hotel with very bad service, rude and impolite reception staff, they charged my guarantee 4 times and told me that it is automatically returned and I have €600 charged on my card due to the incompetence of the staff, which looks like they are at a party instead of working, very bad service in general, talking about cleaning is better not to mention, hair, leftover food in the room etc…
