It is a very good hotel, I have been here three times. Good staffs! I left my jacket in breakfast hall and didn’t realize it till it was cold 2 days later…and I asked the staff during my breakfast, she immediately went to find it out for me! Warm feeling now…

The location is good as it is in the center of tourism, but the service and customer friendliness are not very good. Breakfast was fast food except for the omelette, the facilities were a bit outdated, and the room was not cleaned unless requested.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The first night I requested additional blankets and it was never brought up. During the middle of the night, there was a leak near the sofa bed, where my child was sleeping. I mentioned this the following day and a technician came looked at it but said it wouldn't be a safety issue. When moving the sofa bed back into place, the back of the sofa was completely soaked. I went downstairs to request a room change, which was complied. The second room that I was moved into, the heater wasn't working so another tech came out and confirmed that indeed the heater was not working and again I was switched to another room. The third room, the phones were not working, had to use my phone to request additional blankets. I would recommend you make sure heater/AC works, there are no leaks. If you want something you are better off going downstairs personally, as you are put on hold for more then 10 minutes. Not once during this time was I offer to be moved into a room with a view.

Well, this was my first time to Chicago and will definitely be the last. If you have never been to this city, do your research and be prepared. I booked a 2 night stay for my family of 3. I got to the hotel and checked in fun. When we got to the room, there was only 1 bed when my confirmation said 2. I called the front desk and they told me there was no rooms left. I paid for a 2 bed room, that’s what I should get. Finally after an hour, we got the correct room, only for them to charge me an additional $60 dollars due to rate increase. Like what??? I was tempted to just leave and go home but chose to stay to not disappoint my family so I paid the price. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The pool is jam packed. The breakfast is good. The building itself was fine and I did feel comfortable there. All in all, I would not return and would look into other options to stay. Very disappointed in how my family and I was treated and all the hidden fees associated with this hotel.
