I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The first night I requested additional blankets and it was never brought up. During the middle of the night, there was a leak near the sofa bed, where my child was sleeping. I mentioned this the following day and a technician came looked at it but said it wouldn't be a safety issue. When moving the sofa bed back into place, the back of the sofa was completely soaked. I went downstairs to request a room change, which was complied. The second room that I was moved into, the heater wasn't working so another tech came out and confirmed that indeed the heater was not working and again I was switched to another room. The third room, the phones were not working, had to use my phone to request additional blankets. I would recommend you make sure heater/AC works, there are no leaks. If you want something you are better off going downstairs personally, as you are put on hold for more then 10 minutes. Not once during this time was I offer to be moved into a room with a view.
