The room is relatively new, the price/performance ratio is good, the stay is very comfortable, the environment is good, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is American style, simple but OK, and there is fruit, overall good

OK hotel but poor service.
We arrived at 2 p.m., we were confirmed that the room was ready….but $23 if we wanted to check in before 4 p.m.!!!
We stayed 2 nights, the room was never made up

Hampton Inn & suites is a great location as it is walking to Michigan ave where you can shop all the high end branded shopping spree & love walking by the river walks w/ lots of restaurants to go. Also this place has hot breakfast & the staffs are very nice. Will use this hotel again when I come back to Chicago. Jody is great . Thanks

Need to have halal/ kosher/vegetarian options for breakfast. Most products had pork in them.

J'ai mis très bon mais c'est parce qu'il n'y a pas bon tout court. Plus l'hôtel est bien placé sur la ligne rouge Petit déjeuner gratuit il fait le job Personnel sympa et à l'écoute Yanis parle français Piscine et salle de sport Grande chambre literie confortable Moins la station de pompier qu'on entends très bien la nuit, dur pour les gens au sommeil léger Dans l'ensemble satisfait mais les boules quies ne font pas de miracles
