My friends are I had a lovely stay here for our weekend in Chicago. We loved the location, so close to restaurants and bars, walkable distance to many famous tourism spots. We arrived at the hotel before the check in time, the staff was very nice and tried their best to accommodate us. Clean and Super spacious room, we had the best time there! 10/10 would stay here again.

Excelente lugar ! Atención : inmejorable Desayuno : muy completo Habitación: fuimos a una habitación que tenía al ingresar una cocina con un pequeño living. En otro sector una cama King quizás mejoraría en algo el colchón . Inmejorable vista a los edificios de la ciudad Lobby : el hotel comenzaba en el 6 piso de un edificio , donde estaba el lobby con sillones, máquina de café /te gratuita , sillones y se continuaba con el área del desayuno Idioma: inglés y español De todas formas quienes no hablaban español se esforzaban por hacerse entender y entender al huésped Limpieza: muy bien ! Baños : cómodos , con agarraderas Bien iluminados Sin dudas un hotel para recomendar Precio/ Calidad/ ubicación : muy buena !

This location was perfect for my first Chicago trip as it put us within walking distance of several things on my list of must sees. All of the hotel staff were super sweet and attentive. One of the elevators was down due to maintenance our entire stay but the staff stayed on top of it by using their work elevator, especially during peak hours. I loved the sign near the elevators reflecting the average busier times for breakfast so you could plan accordingly. And speaking of breakfast..my kids truly LOVED the hotels breakfast and actually chose it over fresh doughnuts! So KUDOS to the breakfast team! We will definitely be using this hotel again when we come back up next time!

Super friendly staff (Jeremy at breakfast is great! The room was clean and comfortable. We had a few small delays with the elevator because one is being upgraded. The staff graciously opened the freight elevator several times to help with this. Close to the Magnificent Mile and many places nearby to eat. Overall a wonderful mini vacation!!!
