It was amazing. Love the location and all. Parking was not on site, it was a 5 minute with a discounted rate for 24h.

Cleanness of the room is well, but the room design is a bit weird, long walk from washroom to the bed ;p
Not enough bright for the room but it’s fine for stay.
Rooms distance is quite closed, and doors are not sound-proofing.

Very average hotel, older but still clean. It might be the Chris**as holiday, no one cleans the room, and the trash can is full but no one empties it. No one replenished toilet paper.

I looked up onto CQ Central Loop's banner unexpectedly and I didn't expect its location to be so central! There were convenience stores and restaurants and Metros all nearby.
Front Office was also all ready to receive guests, and very kindly directed me to the lounge when they realize that my check in was a while away. The lounger was a perfect cozy escape from the cold and had coffee and tea facilities and wifi.
The room was small but well kept and I slept comfortably.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, but there was an empty shoebox when we first arrived in the room, which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the room. Other than that it seemed clean. The parking garage was a short walk from the hotel, it was $50 for two nights, which isn’t too bad. Overall a good experience. I would book this hotel again and recommend to a friend! (we had an awesome view too!)
