I have a intention to vist this hotel again when I visit Chicago next time

Everything is nearly great. Laura solved the small problem as soon as possible after receiving the feedback.

We stayed in the summer and had an amazing view. The room was large and spotless and modern.

Good location and vibe, close to North Michigan street.

Excellent hotel, from every point of view. I will stay again in it, no doubt. Breakfast was superbly good. And all the people at the hotel, from the front office to the luggage storage, provided an amazing service. Kudos to you Hyatt and your people!

Good location for business or holiday, easy to go everywhere on foot sight seeing , theatre, museums and delicious restaurant for breakfast dinner all available.

An excellent hotel with clean and large room. The cleaning lady is much kind and helpful. Hotel is located in the Center of Chicago. The transport is very convenient.

The breakfast level is very poor, typical American Motel breakfast level. Everything else is good, the location is particularly good, facing the magnificent mile section of the Chicago River, and the night view is magnificent.

This hotel needs to be very, very careful about payment issues. The price set by Ctrip includes local tax, but in fact it does not include taxes and fees. It also deducts an extra day's room charge, which does not match the bill amount. Two days after check-out Secretly deducting money from your credit card is a very low-level act, and I'm still waiting for Ctrip's customer service to handle it. The front desk service is a little stiff, but the service in the convenience store in the lobby on the first floor is very good. I came back with a full meal. Don't order breakfast. It's motel level. The room was very clean and the location was great. The Navy Pier could be seen from a distance. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I stayed an extra night for this. I will stay at this hotel again next time I come to Chicago. It is very convenient.

The twin room is large and has an excellent location, making it very suitable for short-term family travel. All attractions are within walking distance, including Millennium Park, Cloud Gate, art museums, cruise ships, etc.
