Stayed for three nights and no one came to clean?? I don’t know if I need to make a special explanation?? I don’t know why there are no transportation buses to transport passengers to the airport or exhibition venue??

Good location in Gold Coast, very close to Oak Street. Room is relatively spacious but hallways are tiny. My only issue is housekeeping did not make up the bed and simply just put the towels in one of the beds.

The bar and the barman Armani,are amazing. Great after walking for 10 hours touring around Chicago . Comfortable beds.The hotel is a 98 years old beauty with a clock that is going backwards till the one hundred years since it started on business

Armani is the most welcoming, friendly bartender. I’m so happy to be at this hotel! Hotel it’s beautiful my first time in this hotel, so many restaurants nearby and the Gold Coast is a fantastic neighborhood. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms have been renovated.
