We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was pretty standard. A highlight was interacting with the breakfast staff, especially Glenda. She had a warm smile and was very sweet. She gave us some recommendations upon asking about places in town. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Incredible breakfast food! Xiao Wong is very kind and very hard worker. Quite a highlight of the stay. Rooms are very comfortable. Area has plenty of food spots very close by.

So clean! The breakfast staff of Glenda who ensures everyone is taken care of, Kenny and Ariel who keep everything so tidy and platters full. First visit and sure to be back.

Jorge Kent & Xiao Ariel were the best always willing to help just very nice upbeat people they make my stay extraordinary the both greeted me and my friends with a smile and made us all feel like it was home just loved it so much all the hotel staff is great from the lobby crew to check in desk to maintenance Cliff was a life saver

We only stayed for one night for a mini school reunion being held at Three Dots & a Dash. The hotel was right around the corner - very convenient! We used Spot Hero to reserve a spot in the Greenway garage attached to the hotel (entrance on Kinzie) as we heard they were sometimes full on the weekends and didn’t want to get there and not be able to find a spot. It ended up costing about $52, so a few bucks cheaper than going through the hotel ($58). There is a pedestrian walkway to the hotel so no need to go outdoors. Also, the elevator from the street to the hotel lobby is separate from the elevator from the lobby to the rooms (which requires tie key card) so another added layer of safety. We were able to check in early for only $25, which was nice. Room was clean and it was nice to have a fridge. Check in staff and everyone we encountered in the hall were all very friendly. Breakfast was great. - big selection, good quality food. We got there around 8am on Sunday so not too crowded yet. As many others have commented, Xiao is awesome! So welcoming, helpful and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Kenny and Wong are very kind and helpful! They keep the food full of fresh food and keep the place super clean. We enjoyed the breakfast 2 times.

The breakfast crew are very helpful. Provide me with gluten free bread and other requests. Especially Mr. Wong, Mr. Xiao, and Kenny. They make us feel like home. We also met with very friendly checkin staff. Our flight was delayed and checked in late, but the friendly staffs made all the difference.

The warm and friendly service at this hotel really stands out and is some of the best I have experienced. Cara at the front desk and Laura at the bar were awesome. And Xiao, Kenny, and Frank at the breakfast restaurant provided excellent service and made me feel so welcome.
