The hotel is in the city center and you can walk to many scenic spots. It is close to the subway station. The front desk service is warm and gifted with hotel bar discount coupons. The view on the 26th floor of the high-rise city view is good. One point is that there are security guards for security when you check in. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation of the hotel is relatively poor, and the noise of the air conditioner is relatively loud, which needs to be improved

Fantastic location, perfect to walk even in the cold Chicago weather, parking is connected and the building is warm and welcoming! Hotel and room were both very clean and well lit. Front desk was helpful and friendly! Will definitely stay next time I’m in town!

The hotel is in the heart of the city! The check-in staff was very nice and accommodated my needs very well. The complimentary full breakfast was a big plus to start the day with a happy mood. The staff at breakfast was extremely helpful for my kid with food allergies. They managed the food well with so many guests.

The breakfast was excellent! XIAO Kenny Wong's food was the best part of my day. The eggs were warm and the sausage was yummy! The orange juice was fresh and the cold brew was better than Starbucks! Coming back here just for the breakfast!!!!!

Springhill Suites is very nice. The location is great too. It’s right next to the river. Springhill has security on the first floor before going up to the lobby so it’s super safe. Also, you can’t go wrong with complimentary breakfast. Mr. Wong, Xiao, and Kenny were extremely friendly and hardworking. Front desk and housekeeping were also super friendly and great. Would come back again.

Rooms are very comfy with all the facilities you need for a stay. Hotel is in an easy to reach location near plenty of amenities. The breakfast crew of Xiao, Kenny and Wong were welcoming and helpful. Bar has a good vibe and happy hour is worth it.
